Appointment Manager - Front desk user at the hospital who's primary responsibility is to manage user appointments. Accept or Reject online appointments. Setup walk-in appointments
Queue Master - Manages doctor's queue. He/She will be able to change doctor status and/or queue status, change the patient sequence up or down and manage doctor capacity
General users - These include patients or family members of patients who can search for doctors, make or cancel appointments, mark doctor's as favorites
