The festival draws thousands of visitors to the Shoals area each year and generates economic impact across the Quad Cities. The Helen Keller Festival has received numerous state and national event awards over the last 10 years. We are very proud of the success and longevity of the Helen Keller Festival and are firmly dedicated to making sure this festival is kept alive and successful for generations to come!
