* Waiting in line or just can’t talk? Texting opens up convenient ways for you to connect with your Accolade Health Assistant discreetly, from anywhere.
* Call directly from the app. If your Health Assistant is unavailable, you can request a callback. Your text conversation can easily switch text to call at any time.
* Store your insurance cards in the app. Your phone is your new virtual wallet for your benefits cards. You can store, e-mail and even fax your card from the app to your doctor’s office.
