Sessions is a simple time management tool that you can easily customise to suit a variety of tasks. Just set the amount of time you want to work for, time to rest for, and how many repetitions you want to do. You can cycle between different activities, each with their own work times.
It'll vibrate and beep when you're due a break, need to resume work again, or have completed your session.
Whether you're switching between exercises at the gym, managing your study time or want to schedule breaks from computer games, Sessions can be used to time just about anything!
