Charlotte-Mecklenburg Crime Stoppers has distributed nearly $450,000 in rewards to concerned citizens. In 2005, Crime Stoppers engaged a 24-hour tip line for calls to operators who are bi-lingual. This has dramatically increased the number of tips received and addresses the rapidly growing diversity of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Crime Stoppers collects none of your personal information. Your tips are completely anonymous. You are provided with a unique user name and password and the app collects your “Push Message” ID so you can receive real time alerts about your submitted tips. We don’t collect any of your contact information!
