We are a 100% Filipino-owned product and company whose app is a peer to peer (P2P) service platform that provides lead generation services to independent massage therapists using the Bliss Massage mobile application.
Our business model provides an opportunity for government-certified and trained independent massage therapists to become self-entrepreneurs to practice their trade in much better market conditions as our arrangement allows with them to earn two to three times (2-3x) higher income than what is currently the industry practice around the Philippines.
As a lead generation massage service company, these massage therapists must download the Bliss Massage application on their android (and later on, IOS) smart phones which enables them to seek, receive, and fulfill requests for massage services that they offer from a registered user of the Bliss Massage mobile application.
The App enables the therapists and the customers (registered users) to complete a business transaction that is monitored by our company for safety and quality purposes. Our customers can provide feedback on the service provided by and the overall experience with our therapists and rate them; the rating system allows the good performing therapists to get higher rating scores and increases their chances of being booked by existing and other future customers. On the other hand, the customers are also given feedback by the therapists as well, particularly around their behavior and demeanor towards the therapists. This feature actually also protects both parties in the process.
As the therapist and customer apps are “talking” virtually, the company monitors its business operations through an online dashboard that tracks all users and therapists. With the health and wellness trend, our app creates a wealth of database of customers and therapists throughout the country and can be information that will enable the company to provide additional features and services within the mobile app to bring a total customer experience with other health and wellness products as well as opportunities for cross-selling with other App and mobile value-added service providers.
