Bitnation’s Blockchain Jurisdiction combines: * smart contract agreements, * peer-to-peer mediation and arbitration * contract enforcement by an AI-based reputation system and opt-in nations and communities. At the heart of our technology is a surveillance resistant and blockchain-agnostic mesh network, which can write smart contracts to any integrated blockchain from a user friendly chat frontend interface.

Important: Bitnation is currently in development. This is an early release, it’s likely to be a little clunky to start - please bear with us. We advise you not to put too much ETH in the wallet - sufficient to create nations only, as we are still in development. We hope this release shows the beginnings of a friendly, intuitive experience in which you can create and join voluntary communities and chat in a peer-to-peer legal domain, and is the first step towards a world changing fullstack blockchain jurisdiction.
What is Bitnation? BITNATION is the world's first Decentralized Borderless Voluntary Nation (DBVN). BITNATION started in July 2014 by Susanne Tarkowski Tempelhof. BITNATION hosted the world’s first blockchain marriage, birth certificate, refugee emergency ID, World Citizenship, DBVN Constitution and more. Its website, including the Public Notary proof-of-concept, is used by thousands of BITNATION Citizens and Embassies around the world. BITNATION is the winner of UNESCO’s Netexplo Award 2017.
Features:
■ Create Your Own Nation — choose your code of law, decision making mechanism, diplomatic stance, economic model, etc.
■ Join and Leave Nations --- sign the constitution of your nation of choice, leave the nation at will
■ Encrypted Group Messaging — Make secure agreements with fellow citizens of your nation of choice
■ Ether Wallet — a 'default' wallet, to provide ETH storage, send/receive transaction, a QR reader, and transaction logs.
■ Create Profile - Name, profile picture, city
