You can use this App to control the settings of the BlackPed module in order to optimize your electric bike (the BlackPed module is an innovative tuning tool for electric bicycles with Bosch or Yamaha engines). Thanks to this easy-to-use Smartphone App you benefit from an exceptional diverse number of setting options. The App enables you to adjust the limit of the max. engine support from 15 km/h to very fast 75 km/h. One great advantage of the BlackPed App is that the Smartphone display will show you the correct speed and other relevant data while you are on the road (for example, max. & average speed, distance & duration). An interesting innovation of the BlackPed module is that it can be switched on or off via the light switch of your electric bike display.

The most important Setting Options & Features of the BlackPed App at a Glance:

-Set your electric bikes maximum motor support individually from 15 to 75 km/h.
-You can define the speed at which the tuning shall be activated (“speed to divide”).
-Values in the Smartphone display: Current speed, max speed, average speed, duration (new), distance & total distance.
-PIN-protected: Enter a PIN code to protect the module from unauthorized access.
-Set the wheel size from 20” to 29” (this can be necessary to calibrate the exact speed).
-“Freeze” the speed at a self-determined value.
-“Visibility” can now be set to the value “zero”, too. Advantage: If you do this, you can activate / deactivate the tuning tool via your electric bikes light switch (activate “Headlight Activation” via the App).
-Anti-theft protection: Use the BlackPed App to block the engine support.
-Switch between km/h and mph.
-The connection between Smartphone and module works completely wireless (transmitting power and signal strength has been improved significantly).
