The Taalamu App features include:
- News updates on the developments in land and natural resource management in Kenya.
- Articles discussing sustainable land and natural resources management by experts in the sector.
- Notifications on upcoming events and awareness days locally and world wide.
- Notifications on job and internship opportunities in land and natural resource sectors in Kenya.
- Notifications on conference application deadlines and other similar opportunities (scholarships, fellowships, calls for papers, calls for proposals etc).
To ensure notifications are turned on, follow the following steps:
*Go to Menu (top left button) > select 'My Notifications' > select 'Push Settings' > click 'Yes' on the 'Do you want to receive push notifications' > click 'Save'.
*Go to Menu (top left button) > select 'My Notifications' > check the 'updates', 'articles' and 'events' boxes > click 'Save'.
