During this sightseeing tour in the lively high-rise city, you'll see the ultramodern architectural skyscrapers of the unique skyline of Rotterdam as well as the most beautiful historical sights. From settlement Rotta to Rotterdam of before World War II, from devastating bombing and reconstruction to contemporary Rotterdam! The length of this city walk through Rotterdam is 4.6 kilometer.
This smartphone city tour guides you with recognizable photos and clear instructions along the most beautiful spots and is available in English, Dutch and German.
Although you can start this walk through Rotterdam at any point, in the app you can choose a number of predefined entry points. One of the entry points is on Hofplein square at the side of Hilton Hotel, nearby the Central Station of Rotterdam. (http://www.WalktheCity.eu/Dynamic-Rotterdam/CS). Also at the world famous market hall is an entry point (http://www.WalktheCity.eu/Dynamic-Rotterdam/Market-hall).

During the walk you will be informed about interesting sights and alerted to special locations through photos and text. GPS & internet: Walk the City works by photo navigation, so the app also function without GPS signal and internet connection. To reduce battery consumption and data usage, you can disable these features, the app continues to function and you can continue to enjoy the walk. Your own tempo: Our smartphone city walks are about 5 kilometer (3 miles) long. Nice shop seen, a break at a cozy terrace or visit a museum?
