This application supports mental health professionals by providing them with behavioral health payment requirements forms from Medicaid, certifying that licensed professionals are seeing patients, notifying supervisors and staff that an individual is safely in a session and safely leaving a session. *

LEO Access is a communication app developed for and used by the Latin Enrichment Organization (LEO) to improve communication within the organization. The app allows for users to create an account, send announcements, and schedule events.

The user interface is colored navy and gold in the organization’s colors. The design is simple and clean, making it easy to use the app. After the user logs in, they are directed to a Menu screen. From the menu screen, they can choose which section of the app to go to: the profile page, the announcements page, the scheduling page, their contacts page, and the settings page. Within each part of the app, there are buttons connecting to other pages to provide all of the features of the app.

The language of the app (English/Spanish) can be selected from the login screen and in the settings.
