A new hypnosis program (release date September 2018). Hypnothoma offers 10 installed hypnoses for:

-Weight loss
-Memory
-Depression
-Smoking cessation
-Pain elimination
-Alcohol weaning
-Self-confidence
-Exam preparation
-Sleep disorder / Insomnia
-Support for cancer patients

Each Hynpose consists of an introduction and a deepening (increased trance depth) as well as the actual suggestion (hypnosis text) and the return (bringing you back to the here and now).

In the introduction you can choose between sea initiation, number initiation and an initiation without a feeling of heaviness (in this introduction the feeling of heaviness in arms and legs is renounced).

The more tired you are and the more calm hypnosis is, the stronger the suggestive effect. Many repetitions additionally improve the result. The more often you repeat a hypnosis, the faster the effect occurs and the stronger the suggestion.

Each of the above hypnosis sessions lasts about 17-22 minutes. Hypnothoma allows to pause the hypnosis session in between.

In addition, Hypnothoma offers the possibility to create up to 5 own hypnoses (introduction / deepening and suggestion). You can also overwrite any of your own texts.

Hypnosis is harmless and it is not possible to cause you to do something you don't want with hypnosis. A loss of repeat is harmless and only has the influence that the suggestion may not work so well. Hypnothoma uses Google's Text-to-Speech system and works without speech pauses/music pauses, which for example greatly reduces falling asleep (and thus a loss of repeat).

Further suggestions are planned for the future (probably as an app-in product).
