提供三種模式的禪修方法給使用者選擇：禪修打坐，拜佛，念佛

禪修模式：打坐開始首先由果元法師用聲音帶領, 將身體各部份慢慢放鬆. 打坐時間結束時APPS 會以引磐聲提醒使用者下坐。APPS 會自動記錄每次打坐時間. 使用者可有系統地紀錄下自己的修行過程。

拜佛模式：提供有拜佛引導和無拜佛引導，對于不熟悉拜佛動作和心法的菩薩，也有便捷的引導。

念佛模式：使用者可自由選擇聖號，可使用手機計機，觸摸手機進行計數記錄，亦可使用佛珠自由計數，亦可語音自動識別計數，之后輸入數據記錄。

此APP內置三種語言：國/粵/英，使用者可按需選擇。
