5 ★ Realy like it. Using all the time.
1 ★ Absolutely useless for highly sought after tickets. Alerts come in even after they were disabled. One ticket was showing as available for several hours but was impossible to buy. Will only be using this app to buy tickets to some obscure events that no one else is interested in.
1 ★ In early February, I sold a ticket to the Boom Festival 2022 and still have not received my money. The operator has not answered my questions for more than a week (the operator's name is Nicole). I ask for a list of information before transferring money to a Georgian account (since transfers to Russia are prohibited), but there is no answer. Just silence for a week now.
1 ★ It's impossible to buy tickets to highly demanded events. Bots buy them the second they appear in stock.
1 ★ F**i*g German language every where by default. Impossible switch it to English or other.
1 ★ Useless app for high wanted events. There is no possibility to manually buy a ticket without bots or any automation. Support or update can't help with that.

5 ★ I like it. Easy to use. 6 December 2017 I've bought for 67,35 EUR a ticket on a Polaris festival 2017 using a credit card (Mastercard). When I realised that I wount get to the party in time I tryed to sell ticket, but PayPal option always stucked in last step and bank transfer option was asking me IBAN number of my bank (Tinkoff) but I was asking them and they sayd that they do not have such thing (as I googled no bank in Russia have IBAN). I contacted Ticketswap support team and explained them situation. At that point they couldn't help me. Then came announce that 3rd day of a festival (10th December) was canceled due to extreme weather conditions and everyone, who has tickets will be refunded. So I contacted Polaris and Starticket (ticket seller) support and they said that they are not refunding Ticketswap tickets and said that I should contact Ticketswap team. I've contacted them that day and they said that they will contact guy who sold a ticket to me and I'll be refunded as soon as possible. And today 19 January I got my money back to my mastercatd (all 67,35 EUR). App is young and there are things to be done, but it's a realy good product and customer care is high. So i'll look forward to them and recommend app to everyone.
