Added priority option for maintenance tickets
- priority can be selected when submitting a maintenance ticket
- an email is not sent to the mechanics if the priority is low
- bikes and tickets are color-coded for priority (red / yellow / blue ~ high / normal / low)
Upcoming maintenance calculation (# of days until or since due) is displayed next to each item (that has a maintenance period) in the new maintenance event form
