A smart application through which you can get advantage of the services that DCD Dubai offers. This application not only enables online applications and payments but is also a powerful informative gateway that keeps you up-to-date with the latest news published by DCD Dubai. Additionally, such application resembles a fast reporting mean in emergencies as it enables direct reporting of any emergency using images or videos.
This release offers 15 e-services of DCD Dubai as “m-services” enabling the smart government of DCD to offer its services using the most advanced technologies. Furthermore, this application has the following features:
•Easy access to DCD Dubai accounts on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram)
•Quick reporting of emergencies using images or videos
•Ability to upload delegate card and save it as (m-card)
•Notification services to inform all mobile app users with any emerging announcement or news
•Ability to submit suggestions or complaints
•Ability to view basic safety tips
“Easy, Smart and Quick” is what DCD Dubai, as a smart government entity, is seeking through this application; Therefore, a group of smart services are offered, including:
•Online applications to import or re-export unsafe items
•Online applications for flammable liquids or unsafe items stocks
•Apply for new or renew delegate card
