MTN Smart is an app that was developed specifically with you in mind. At MTN, we recognise the need to empower you through education and real-life scenarios. Through this app, we will enable you to participate in exciting lessons on a range of critical topics. You will be informed and empowered with various tools, knowledge and skills that will allow you to understand and resolve data-related complaints effectively and timeously. MTN Smart also allows you to compete with your peers in a battle of wits to identify the Champion learner in various topic areas.

• Access One-Point Lessons (OPL) to empower you, while competing with your peers
• Learn through animated real-life scenarios
• Access a library of all OPLs to use as a performance support tool
• Stay on track with your learning via your dynamic dashboard
