1 ★ I hate that I have to have internet to see my saved list and recently they removed the ability to change the order of items on your saved list.

1 ★ No matter how hard I try I can't actually put anything in the Google shopping cart It just takes me to the website

1 ★ Insists on filtering when I don't want to filter, no "all" or "none"option

1 ★ Horrible customer service. Not helpful and no corrective action taken by them with a lost purchased item. Buyer beware. Not recommended at all.

1 ★ Google shopping is the worst! It used to be half way decent when it was unbiased and actually searched for the entire web for a product that you were looking for but since it has tried to monotize this portion of it's search engine it is almost completely useless. And the phone app is more redundantly useless maybe if they notified you when stuff that is out of stock came in stock I could give Google programmers some credit

1 ★ Being Google branded, I installed the app thinking it will excel at what it is supposed to do and thought it was going to be a great seamless experience. My first, and definitely last, transaction has been really bad. An item that was supposed to be delivered on Dec 17th has not. I have yet to get ANY communication from Google about it. I contacted the merchant directly to get information about my order. Currently that app still shows: to be delivered on Dec 17th! Useless app.

1 ★ Wow, they really messed this one up. Where are the categories?? I even tried putting "electronics" in the search bar and it came up with kits for building circuits instead of the usual: TVs, laptops, game consoles, etc. No clue how this app can be useful to me now. Uninstalling and using Amazon instead. Way to drop the ball!

4 ★ Not too shabby...leads me often to Jack Ma's Alibaba site...cheap labor...undercuts Amazon.

1 ★ Whoever tf thought it was a good idea to move the shopping list to the web (with no offline option) should be tarred, feathered, and kicked out of town. My grocery store is a dead zone and this app is now useless to me. Life offline exists. You should try it some time.

1 ★ Used to be great. I used to be able to tell my Google Home device to put something on my shopping list and it would magically appear in the app when I went shopping. Now it doesn't. I'm going to try to get used to Google Keep I guess. Seems like a shame to ruin something that worked so well.

2 ★ I've always thought this was one of the most underutilized apps on my phone, so I tried hard to like it today. What I discovered is that from the search results page you click on something view it, and there's no going back. You have to start over with the same search again to get the results.
