Fixed the LuhuPhone not trying to connect issue. which was caused by "OpenVPN for Android" update.

-Install "OpenVPN for Android" before installing LuhuPhone. And disable auto updates so OpenVPN for Android does not update (you should not update it)

-From options menu select MyLuhuPhone to enter your LuhuPhone account user/pass.
Or if you see LuhuPhone icon in the down left icon, click it to enter your details.
This is branch of CSipSimple to simplify use of LuhuPhone service
