3 ★ Muito bom o app, mas sinto falta do sistema de perfis de usuário, das legendas em japonês, e de poder mudar o nome de usuário.
2 ★ I cannot use Spanish for subtitles even though given the option. I will change it to Spanish but unsuccessfully. I don't know why it started to work so badly recently.
1 ★ About 3 weeks ago I noticed that the videos never loaded, just endlessly showed me that insidious spinning circle, and assumed my internet was out. But it's been three weeks now, with no improvement. It works fine on the computer, but not on the phone. I even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, to no avail. The app is, therefore, literally useless to me. Anyone else have this problem?
1 ★ Su servicio de streaming es cada vez peor, por lo menos para tv inteligente, a veces los subtitulo que SI están en la plataforma no aparecen al trnsimirlo o simplemente el capítulo no se reproduce (esto pasa sobre todo el día que suben el capítulo).
1 ★ I really want to support the industry, and the fact that I can't feel assured that I'll have a proper experience from a service I'm paying for makes me feel really sad. Not only the website's, but the app's layout is a mess, especially regarding how the shows' seasons are sorted. The worst problems are that a lot of the shows aren't even available in 1080p in the app, and there are the absurd buffering issues, it's almost always a bet if you'll be able to consume the content properly or not.
5 ★ recién vuelvo a pagar suscripción y wow otro nivel hay más variedad de animes.... sigan así y seguiré pagando suscripción
2 ★ Alors oui c'est sympa de mettre des épisodes gratuitement, évidemment qu'on s'attend a prendre des pub c'est normal, mais la ya au moins 4 pub minimum sur 20min d'épisode et les pubs tourne en boucle 3 fois d'affilée, tu doubles ta durée de visionnage et ça deviens insupportable.

4 ★ Very good app!! But I would love if you could also add Japanese subtitles and a tool for profile creation. Because when two or more people have the same account, they watch different things and the History and Watchlist become a mess. So please take this into account. A lot of people are long ago waiting for that!

3 ★ Antes tinha como deixar em português, depois da atualização não consegui mudar o idioma. Na opção escoli o idioma, só que não alterou..
1 ★ Before the latest update the streams worked fine, but now they just don't... That's not good...
3 ★ Well, where should I start. If you are a japanese learner that wants a platform that streams anime with no subtitles, forget it. They are hard coded into the videos. You can do like me, switch to another language but, the subtitles still are a great distraction. The catalog is big though, and I'm talking about Brazil here so, there should be more stuff in others countries. As for the servers... not bad actually, but also not soo good, which is a shame for a premium streaming service.
2 ★ Crunchyroll works OK on desktop, but this app is seriously rubbish. So many issues, number one being the app decides when it wants to work on Chromecast. Considering I pay for this service, I can say I'm not a very happy customer.
