Restaurants that have great quality standards and high moral engagement use fresh ingredients to prepare food that is served to customers every day.
The Problem
Each reastaurant caculates the amount of raw ingredients that they might use during the day to prepare the food they calculate they will sell. During the day, less customers might go to the restaurant therefore some raw ingredients might not be used.
In order to maintain those standards and engagement, some raw ingredients that could not be used during the day have to be thrown away.
