આ વિડિયોનું પ્રયોજન કુપોષણના ચિહ્નો તથા ભયાનક પરિણામો અંગે સજાગતા લાવવાનું તથા કુપોષણને રોકવા માટે સમાજ દ્વારા લઈ શકાતાં સરળ પગલાં લેવાં તથા વ્યક્તિગત સ્તરે થઈ શકતા પ્રયાસોની સમજણ આપવાનું છે.

2. પ્રસૂતિ પૂર્વે: સગર્ભાવસ્થા દરિમયાન લેવાની કાળજી
3. સ્તનપાન તથા છ મહિના બાદનું ભોજન
4. કુપોષણ રોકવા માટે પ્રતિજ્ઞા લો
સમાજના વિશાળ વર્ગ સુધી એને પહોંચાડવાનો ઈરાદો છે.
