Unlike the other app, Video Downloader For Twitter offer you to login into your twitter account and download videos direct from the feed. What you need to do is to tap on the video icon and the option will be popup to ask you want to download or not.

You can also download videos using paste url from twitter or "share tweet feed via..." option in official twitter app.
