WCS Video Metronome is designed to be used in practice session of West Coast Swing dancing. While recording a video, it plays down beats, half beats, and up beats with a flash on the down and up beats. The flash can be easily seen in a reflector, reflective tape, or reflective clothing for easy checking of dancing on time and tracking step count.
