Parkinson's VR Experience for Google Cardboard APK

Version 0.1 (first series) of this app includes:
- Three new symptoms being simulated for the Parkinson's View
- Interactive buttons
- The buttons in the Normal and Parkinson's View modes are now at the center of the screen when wanting to change scenes; originally were up in the sky which caused problems when trying to find them
- Added a few extra buttons when wanting to exit to the home screen and when changing scenes
