1 ★ Not showing up pictures in full mode , and from the last update there is connectivity problem with the app just writing there is no internet connection to the mobile device Also there is no new about the photo view on the app there is no view at all except a black screen when you trying to access any photo

1 ★ Black screen not showing photos or clips. Amazing, why dont you upgrade the app? 02/20 Youv'e just updated the app. And guess what? NOT SHOWING PICS AND CLIPS! ARE YOU FOR REAL? We bought an expensive hard disk just for this purpose, sharing and storing videos. All you need to do is upgrade the app. So many clients are dissapointed... Unbelievable

1 ★ Lots of features works bad or not working at all. Cast to chromcast not working, opening image not working, slow application, very very simple, you cannot really manage the files on your wd cloud, cannot move files easliy fro user to user, cannot use other application to automate backups or deletion, cannot move albums to folder in a click,cannot backup files the are not image or video from this application i expected a much better quality from wd. I regret buying the my cloud home.

1 ★ אפליקציה גרועה , אי אפשר להעלות תמונות מכל הרשתות החברתיות, תמונות וסרטונים שמחקתי מופיעים שוב, לא ניתן למחוק באמת. אין אפשרות לסנן ולבדוק אילו תמונות לא מסודרות באלבומים, אין פרטים על אלבומים כמו כמה תמונות יש בכל אלבום , תאריך.. לא שווה באמת את ה1500 שח . ואין מנגנון שבודק כפילויות, ואם מנסים להעביר תמונות לתיקיות אחרות אז בגיבוי שוב עולות כל התמונות ונוצר כפילויות

1 ★ All in black on new app a70samsung No support from wd, לא רואים כלום בטלפון ברגע שמנסים לפתוח תמונה או וידאו פשות מסך שחור בתמיכה שלהם לא רואים ממטר את המשתמשים

2 ★ אפשר לגבות מהנייד אבל אי אפשר לראות את הסירטונים או תמונות מהנייד, פלקס עובד לסרוגין ראיתי סירטונים שזה כן עובד על סמסונג , אצלי שיואמי אז אולי זה הבעיה שלחתי מייל לwd לגבי התקלה, מקווה שיסדרו
