Teeth Timer is a specialized timer that does one thing and does it well: helping you brush your teeth for the right length of time.

Dentists recommend brushing your teeth for 2-3 minutes after each meal. 3 minutes divided by the four dental sides (superior exterior, superior interior, inferior exterior and inferior interior) gives 45 seconds of brushing per side. This app does exactly that: it counts 45 seconds, then warns you with a screen flash that a brush period is over, so you can start the next side. Once you are ready to begin a new period, just push the button and you're set. If you put your device in some place where you can see the screen flashing, you can even do some other activity while you are brushing!

Teeth Timer has been designed to get out of the way as much as possible; no convoluted interface, no complicated settings to learn: just one touch and you're rolling. The timer starts as soon as you open the app. If for some reason you need to restart a brushing period, you do it also by pressing the Happy Tooth button.

This app makes easier for you to stick to your teeth brushing routine, and makes sure that you executed it in the right way. By reinforcing the right habits, it can potentially save you both money and painstaking visits to the dentist.
