This app provides a risk stratification tool for patients undergoing cardiac resynchronization therapy, based on the VALID-CRT study. The tool provides an estimation of total mortality from readily available clinical variables (age, gender, LVEF, NYHA class, etiology of heart failure, presence of diabetes or atrial fibrillation, and use of defibrillation).
