2 ★ Algorithm will take your money. Games become impossible to win at certain points. I believe I've now lost 34 of 38 games, with 30 of those impossible to win with the hands dealt. It could be fun if it was truly random. If you set your opponent, 7 out of ten times they can come back with a nil or blind nil. It rewards teams that get beat in a round.
2 ★ worked myself up to 30 million to lose if all in the matter of a month.. I can play the game, I have been for 30 years of my life.. It's almost as if it sets you up to lose, bad hand after bad hand. Update: Iwas advised to send feedback from the game itself. I've uninstalled the game and will probably not return. If you're not spending money in game, obviously they don't want you to play. I've read the response stating it's a computer that runs it.. that computer runs off an algorithm.. fix it..
4 ★ There was a time when this was the best spades app out there. If we could go back to all being able to set some 10k tables to play on for everyone again, especially in whiz n mirror. Also, not being able to chat like we could before makes it less fun for so many of us. People can turn chat off if they don't like banter. I used to play 10 hours a day..I did not play for 3 years.. was so fun and addicting..bought coins.. prices are out of control.. for way less coins..ads r real short. Gr8 app
3 ★ Ok I bumped the rating back to a 3. I still don't like the algorithm. I get way too many sequenced hands for it to be random. I also get a lot of "1 book" hands and can't go nil because my lowest card is usually a 6. If you have the 6-10 combo you're marked. Usually marked to lose. This is all of zynga's games. The winner is usually pre-determined.
1 ★ Horrible experience. I bought coins as I've done in the past. They didn't give me the full amount because they're telling me I didn't purchase from my inbox. I purchased from the left side of the screen which takes you to the inbox! They also took additional coins, saying I played a game and there was a lag. I didn't play any game, so there couldnt have been lag. Sent feedback to the app and kelly R is of no help and they will not refund my money or give me the coins that I paid for!
3 ★ Spades is my favorite game to play, and Spades Plus is the only Spades game I will play. HOWEVER, I have been having issues with game play for roughly 4 months now . The game constantly freezes .I have to leave the table, close out the app, and re-open it.. Then repeat after only one hand. Over and over again. It's really frustrating and I would like to be able to sit and play a game or three like I used to, with no problems. Can you help me somehow????
1 ★ You can never earn money or win games unless you are spending money. Once you stop buying, you lose almost every game and also lose on Lucky Hill. Scam! It used to be run much better. You can save the "contact us through the app" just a bunch of lies! UPDATE: Did you not see where I said save the "contact us through the app" garbage? Just a way to take it offline so others cant see the lies you reply with. Bottom line is once no more purchases, I went from over a million to two thousand. DELETED
1 ★ The game play is fairly good. The support team leaves much to be desired. The game is increasingly more focused on revenue than on player experience. Ie: ads between games. I had a game freeze with 4 players all communicating and waiting for the game to deal. We waited 10 mins. After that, I submitted a ticket for a 1k refund. I explained and was met with them blaming me. I elaborated and still no accountability. I'll see your 1k with 1 star! Update: Already reached out in the game, 3 times!!
1 ★ This game has glitches often. Customer service makes every effort to avoid refunding game coins, even if proof of the game glitch is submitted. I could only edit this review. I wish I could give it 0 stars. I've emailed as asked. I keep getting an automated response. The music and sound play even when you set it off. It glitches and has you playing at a table with 3 of the same players. It freezes and deals you 26 cards. I've submitted screenshots of all these issues. No help. 👎🏾
2 ★ Used to be a great game, the best if you love spades. But they got greedy. Used to be able to earn spades cash completing missions. I would spend them on another turn when i messed up in lucky hall.Not anymore. Used to win in lucky hall. Not anymore. U get to a certain level and no matter what u pick, it's wrong. U lose. They just want u to buy coins and cash. I used to spend money to buy coins because I wanted to keep playing. Not anymore. People will pay more when they feel like there winning.
3 ★ Was playing knockout and me and another person tied 31-31 on the first hand. The next hand he went Nil and I went 6. I got my 6+2 he got his nil and somehow the score ended 63-81. How tf did I lose. Another error today. Played a 10k tourney and won the first round but it counted it as a loss and kicked me off. I would upload the screenshot but y'all don't allow pics or posts on your FB page. 🤔🧐 Definitely the best spades game out there but a lot of errors on wins for some reason 🙄
1 ★ This game is rigged. It does not similate real life card dealing. It will give one couple 9 books and another couple 3. Not just once but back to back in effect picking the winner. It also has bots that will partner with you bid books they do not have and then leave which causes you to loose coins. Then they send you ads about how you can pay to get more coins. Update- Zynga sent a text message asking for what I had already given them. And has not fixed the problem. We need a better Spades game
3 ★ I've been using this game to learn how to play Spades & it's fun & helpful, but it needs work. Some instructions are obstructed by the screen size. Games w/ multiple in-game currencies suck, especially when the main currency that's required to play a match, is difficult to acquire outside of winning a match. Ads 4 coins are limited, so if you run out of coins early in the day & don't want to spend money, then you're pretty much done for the day. + A bigger purse = higher minimum bets.
1 ★ Fun game but when computer plays it does not play well at all....for instance, i went nil and the computer leads a two as my partner! Its very discouraging! The program for computer play needs to be improved...computer will never go nil and also if other team goes nil computer will play high cards which covers them. I finally deleted the game because it was just a waste of time and money.
1 ★ This app suckkkksss. The system is designed to make you lose. To beginners, the first 5 games are designed for you to win and if you lose you suck and you should delete immediately. The six game is where the setup starts. They will and I mean the opponents and your P will try to set you in anyway possible. Pay attention to the bids sometimes they under bid to throw you off but pay attention to what's in your hand and the bids. After a couple of games you will see what I'm talking about.
