Legion War is a turn-based tactic strategy game, brought to you from Bear&Cat Studio. In this fantastic magic world, can you lead your legion to survive from enemies' challenge and write your legendary?

Story about us:
We worked together in a Chinese mobile developer company, and we were tired of making some “games” that only target on being copy of some great games and grabbing money from their users. It’s too far away from our original intention of starting our game develop career. We just want to make some real game for people. So we decide to make our own game in night and weekend. We spent 3 months to make our first game and failed, because of we are making a game that we don’t like to play. We summed up the experience of first failure and started our second game - a turn-based tactics strategy game that we both love to play. It took us 9 months to complete the first released version.
Features:
>Units & Legion
Currently we have 4 major legions human, undead, steam and wild. Each major legion contains 9unique units. And we also have a neutral ocean legion with 4 units. Every unit has different attribute and some of them have its own combat skill or passive skill. There is a unique upgrade route for each unit, upgrading a unit will make it become much more powerful and useful.
>Campaign
We have 5 well-designed campaigns along with each legion, more than 50 levels in total.
Units are being introduced in each level. Each level has a main task and three secondary goals to give extra bonuses if achieved. Complete level will give you some game currency which you can use to upgrade your units permanently.
>Skirmish
In skirmish-game you can set up your own rules and challenge AI players in various balanced game map.
>Multiplayer
You can play online game with your friend or other players. You can have a fair skirmish battle or a co-op custom campaign with others.
>Map Editor
Create your own maps and campaigns by in-game editor. You can share your maps to other players and you can also download variety maps & campaigns from our server.
>Game AI
The AI for our game has been designed for a long time. The performance of Game AI is different in each Difficulty. It has the ability to evaluate the situation of current battle, recruit the right units to counter your attack force, make attack plan and optimize actions of each unit.
>Terrain
Terrain is a basic element in turn-based tactics game. We have 8 different terrains - land, forest, hill, mountain, swamp, bridge, water and reef. Each terrain has its own modifier of attack, defense and movement cost.
>Building
There are many buildings in the game. Castle is use to recruit your unit and it also provide gold to you. Town is the basic gold production building. And there are many other buildings that have its unique function.
>Map Theme
Lead your legion to fight in different themes of map: Ice World, Desert, Fire Land and Candy Paradise.

5 ★ I first played this game back when my phone is iPhone4. Max upgrade all campaign units(including Dragons and Ocean units). Completed all hell mode in human campaign,ocean and dragon(except Undead and other campaigns). Unlocked all skirmish map and completed(Heaven difficulty). I nearly finished the game concept but my phone destroyed. Overall, it is a fantastic game and a good time killer. I highly recommend this for players who like strategy games. ps.: Sorry for my bad english 😅😅
5 ★ Real review, great game. More of a campaign style game. You'll probably be really interested for a while, lose interest, then pick it up at a later time. Good if you're bored and want a good RTS turn based for a few hours.
5 ★ This game is something any turn-based fan or pro player can easily get into and immerse one's self into the wide variety of colorful characters and challenging, fun scenarios in the campaign. I find it fun, cute and very smooth, dev(s) deserves 5 stars!

5 ★ Really fun game. For online and offline. You can share a device and play with up to 4 players or each one individually play on their device. You can do teams so I give it a 5 star
5 ★ People who made the characters and buildings in the game are very creative. The terrain is logically suited to all units. The graphics are simple yet the game is sophisticated. The game deserves recommendation. Good Job WY Games!
1 ★ I bought gems however all my past upgraded units and saved games were gone. I think when you purchase it restores from beginning hence don't purchase gems
5 ★ This is one of the best games I've played on the Android. Not only is it free, but it's full of content not locked behind a paywall. Everything is unlockable through the ingame currency. The fact that the developer made this out of passion and not for money adds more to it's likability. The gameplay is great for beginners and hardcore fans of the genre. It even has online PvP and Offline Multiplayer by passing the phone between multiple players. If I could give it 10 stars I would.
4 ★ The strategy is quite intriguing. It is fun with the options to upgrade your units. Multiplayer can only be done 1vs1 though. Would be nice to see 6 to 8 players on the same map, either team fight or FFA.
5 ★ Great game. The best. Zero freemium nonesense. You can pretty much complete the entire game without purchasing anything although i did make a few purchases because i think this is the kind of game that deserved to be paid. Best of all is that you advance according to your skills with the game, not because you paid for extra time or extra energy. on top of that, zero ad. I really applaud the way this game is designed.
5 ★ Finally a good strategy game that is not all about user monetization! Love the game, we should all encourage these game dev that sacrifice profit over making a solid affordable game. In depth strategy, but yet simple to play, the perfect combination. With 10$ investment, you get double the mission rewards, which is enough to let you upgrade your units at a good pace. Thank you for this awesome game!!
2 ★ Enjoying the game until I found that your progress is not saved mid level and lost all my work. Levels take a long time and so should be saved after each turn. Lazy developers
5 ★ This game is amazing! It has excellent balance, variety, and replayability. The controls are easy to learn and the size is appropriate for the mobile form factor. Each of the "legions" has a different tactical flavor, and the campaign pushes you to exploit their strengths while avoiding their weaknesses. The upgrade system ensures that the gameplay evolves as you progress, making meaningful tweaks to unit strengths and noticeably changing the difficulty of encounters. The dragons are the most frustrating and difficult to master, but it is always possible to just grind levels until you get lots of upgrades, or buy your way through the upgrades. No purchase is necessary, but players should strongly consider buying something to support the developer. In an era of numerous and poorly made Chinese ripoffs, it is a pleasant surprise to find a good tactics game with what seems to be entirely original IP. The closest game of this genre that I can think of is Uniwar. However, it is pretty obvious that it is not a reskin or clone by any measure. The mechanics are simple enough to make for fast-paced games, but complex enough to create interesting tactical scenarios. The progression through levels is consistent. I have not gotten stuck in any grind, although some of the levels seemed disproportionately hard. Usually not more than one per legion, though. The economics are well balanced sufficiently dense to motivate map control and reward even modest gains in ground. The hero system adds a tactical dimension without being OP. I can't imagine a more complex game being fun to play on a mobile device, but a simpler game would just not be as interesting. It's a brilliant design all around, and has beautiful, high-quality chibi style art normally only seen in high-production cash grabbers. The maps are large enough to produce lengthy plays from 30 minutes to a few hours. I don't really have the patience for much more than that, and limiting the game length avoids the need to load a lot of game context when the real world intrudes for a while and you have to come back to it later. Some of the encounters can get very dense and complex to optimize, but most of them can be resolved fairly quickly once you learn the unit strengths. The population cap helps limit the game to manageable army sizes. Please note that this game also exists for Apple devices and is available on Steam, but those versions are an entirely different, new, upgraded game. I bought the Apple and Steam versions to play on my other devices, but noticed that they play quite differently. The Steam version is marketed as a "4X strategy" game, and mostly fits the bill. It introduces fog of war, multiple deep tech trees (economic, military, unit, hero), and a much bigger emphasis on hero units and development. The economic layer is much deeper, with choices to be made for each castle, and the strategic points on the map have more diversity in their value. It's a fun game, but much larger in scope and play effort, not to mention learning curve. I love the Android version because it has a small, tight scope. This game knows what it is, doesn't pretend to be more than that, but executes almost flawlessly on all points. The one caveat I'll give is that I have not played the multiplayer at all. I'm not interested in multiplayer myself, but I've probably put a few hundred hours into it just playing through the campaign, and still haven't burned out like I do on so many other games which lack depth. I'm just beginning the hard levels, but have the upgrades to make them a fair encounter. I think getting enough upgrades to do the Hell mode will involve some grinding, but at this point, the tactical variety makes replays fairly interesting. I think this is the best tactics game on Android, with no close competitors. For strategy, you have Polytopia and Hexonia, but those have more of a Civ level scope, with more focus on economics and tech than combat, per se. This game is 90% combat tactics.
5 ★ I'm a devotee of the tbs genre in general and was despairing of a good fantasy version for the phone. But this game is everything I could have hoped for. Wouldn't mind seeing some base-building and such in the future, but for a truly free game it is amazing. The in-game currency is generous, and I bought more just to support the developer. I would have happily paid for this game. Sound strategy, good unit variety, and excellent graphics.
5 ★ Just what I was looking for, an old-time turn based strategy RPG :) Zero ads, decent AI, updated fairly regularly, don't need to spend a dime to finish the game (although I recommend a couple purchases to help the devs) and will give you many hours of fun. Definitely worth playing *thumbs up*
