1 ★ Okay so when I first started playing this game, I love it. It was simple and easy to play and it was just tons of fun to sit and get the characters upgraded. I stopped playing it for a while and recently started again and it's just way too much now like they added too much to it. The best event they made is the chicken dinner but that's going to end soon, and so the appeal of the game will lessen drastically. You should keep chicken dinner as a permanent addition.

1 ★ Every update introduces more bugs than fixes. Game routinely freezes or crashes now. Bug reports I've submitted remain unaddressed 3+ updates later. The game was fun when I first started a couple months ago, and I thought it was worth spending a few bucks. But now it is virtually unplayable. I will not spend any more until all of my outstanding bug reports are fixed.

1 ★ If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Game at one point was well worth the time and effort. Now its just a bottomless pit of spending to stay competitive which only benefits new players. Ucool has thrown the middle finger to old time players like myself who been around since 2014. The new awakening feature (which they ripped off from another game) has made it complete pay to play now. Skins while expensive was still beatable based on skill of using heroes to beat it. Just keep spending and you can hold rank without doing anything unless someone else who spends as much is around to fight you. For reference of how bad its become, in Grand Tournament I have seen 3 to 5 teams completely annihilate a lane of 800+ teams - yeah sure that's balance. Don't waste your time of eventually you will regret it as many of us have.

1 ★ Been playing this game for 6 years and it used to be fun. Constantly crashes and they'll keep telling you how it takes time to resolve the issues but they grab your money without delay. They want you to buy your way to the top. I just went up to level 141 but you must use fruit to level up each character.... which takes forever to get unless you buy them. UNINSTALLING

1 ★ I've been playing this game for the better part of 8 years... when I started, the game was balanced, and relatively fun. However, this game has turned in to pretty much a waste of memory on my phone. The developers have continued to add in pay to play features without providing any updates for free to play players to remain competitive, and weighed down the app so much that unless you have a gigabit internet connection you can't even open it.

1 ★ Pay to play...pay a lot...do not download unless you love to waste money. Guilds do not "protect" you from anything. I made the mistake of paying to improve my team to make the game easier and less time consuming. The result was that i had to face far harder opponents which makes you want to spend more to compete against them but if you do you just face even harder opponents. Not changing my opinion. This game is garbage.

2 ★ This game is amazingly terrible! The most enjoyment I had in this game was when I went into the skins section and looked at all the "generously" cut down prices. You could be paying $2863 (not an exaggeration) for A SINGULAR CHARACTER SKIN, but for you, bucko, only a measly $99.99. I was playing the game just by pressing "go" on the main screen for pointless rewards, and I clicked on campaign to find that I had been accidentally skipping most of the main story. Amazing! 0/10

2 ★ I like the game but the only thing I hate about it is is that it always crashes. When I was playing the chicken dinner game I chose the middle chest that gave me 30 extra on top of the 30 so a total of 60 then I chose my heroes and all the sudden it says no pool and the ones that I chose disappear. Any events that they have on there if I'm battling out automatically get closed out and had to come back in and gets annoying.

1 ★ The game was fun untill the last update. After which it became completely unplayable as it does not recognize any touch inputs. You can not select anything. The only time it recognizes a touch input is after the game loads you have a small window before your save platform loads and the main screen comes up to x out of the first pop-up box. Once it loads hou can do nothing.

5 ★ I've been playing this game for years, and it's always one of the first i reinstall when i get a new device. It's very ftp friendly...ive never spent anything yet im at a very high level and can compete with mostly anybody out there. Also there are basically zero ads, except for quick popups at the beginning for whatever packages they have available. Spending does make things a bit easier...but that's understandable. It's getting a bit dated at this point but still a very good game.

2 ★ The game in itself is a great game but you do come across with issues on losing things which customer service should easily give back. Even with screen shots they don't. You use or lose gaming fragments and they never help. I and other people have had many of the same issues. They still don't care. Great game but horrible customer service.

3 ★ This isn't the game that is in the ad/commercial. Disappointed bc I was just looking for that simple maths level of game play not to go adventuring across worlds. * I appreciate the response and upping a star in response. I suppose had I scrolled the pics further I would have seen pics of what majority of the game is. So if you, consumer, are seeing my view, the first two pics might be mini games but the majority is building your campaign and groups and fight to defend something.

1 ★ I have no idea how this game has such a high rating, the ad tactics are so low it's kinda funny. Watching the ads it seemed like a nice time killer, but this is nothing like the ads. The annoying part is, is not only does the game give you a tutorial on the game like the ad portrays, but after the tutorial the game is nothing like the advertisement. I'd give zero stars if that was possible, I would've played the game that I thought it was going to be from the ads and the pictures, but not this..

1 ★ Clicked the ad because it was billed as a puzzle game. It is NOT a puzzle game! It's a crappy mobile RPG that throws a puzzle at you every once in a while so you forget for 15 seconds that it's a crappy mobile RPG. Only played it for 2 minutes, and I can already tell this is just a microtransaction vehicle. The game is designed to get people to buy the next skin or hero. Nothing new or fresh, just a game like a thousand others, which exists only to exploit people. -5000/10

1 ★ I once had this game at 5 stars, but now I've lowered it to 1. This game has so many issues with connection that it's near impossible to get any regular pattern for logging on for daily activities. It worked for a few days, then it wouldn't load again no matter how often I tried opening it again (The loading bar stopped somewhere between i and n of loading and never moved). It's a fun game, but if I can't even start it, it doesn't deserve anything but 1 star.
