■STORY
Enshrined atop Mt. Illusia, high above the lofty clouds, stands the Tree of Mana. Drawing its life energy from the boundless celestial aether, the sentinel grows in silence. Legend holds that he who lays his hands upon its trunk will be granted power eternal―a power the Dark Lord of Glaive now seeks to further fuel his bloody quest for domination.
Our unlikely hero is one of countless gladiators indentured to the Duchy of Glaive. Each day, he and his ill-fated companions are dragged from their cells and bade to fight exotic beasts for the amusement of the Dark Lord. If victorious, they are thrown back into the dungeons with just enough bread to tide them over until their next match. But a body can only take so much, and it is never long before the weary captives succumb to their cruel fates.
■SYSTEM
Adventures of Mana's battle system grants you the freedom to move about the playing field without restriction, allowing for thrilling combat in which you decide when to attack and how to evade.
・Controls
Player movement is achieved via a virtual joystick accessible anywhere on the screen. An auto-adjust feature has also been added so that even if your thumb strays from its original position, you will never lose control of the hero.
・Weapons
Weapons are divided into six unique categories, some with uses beyond merely dealing damage. Determining when and where to equip each kind will prove the key to success on your quest.
・Magic
From restoring lost HP or removing various ailments, to rendering foes incapacitated or dealing deadly blows, there are eight different spells for almost any occasion.
・Obstacles
Bloodthirsty enemies are not the only things standing in the way of completing your quest. You will need both tools and your wits to overcome the many challenges encountered in the world of Mana, ranging from locked doors to hidden rooms to traps growing progressively more complex as the game progresses.

1 ★ Borderline unplayable, constant force closes. On S9 and running android 8.0.0. First got scythe and it force closed about 5 times as I tried to escape the area where I needed to cut the grass. Now on Davius and I can't attack him without the game force closing. Spells, items, weapons, doesnt matter. Two attacks and it closes (10+ times) so I'm stuck now.
5 ★ Great app. Really similar to the story and basic setup of the original Gameboy game. New graphics make It look axing, and the remade soundtrack is great. Also like how the option to change the games music to be the originals. Yes it is basic, and fairly short. But is definitely worth the money if your looking for a good jrpg.
5 ★ With the last update (which took for whatever good reason two full years!) game is running flawlessly now! Wonderful gem as a game and a great throwback to simpler times, with SEs usual chibi design! Love it and I am so thankfull to finally ve able to continue and bring the game to an end!
4 ★ This is a remake of a very old Gameboy game called Final Fantasy adventure. I'm only a few hours in and despite the fresh coat of paint the game is spot on and follows the original very closely. I'd give it 5 stars but for the glitches... also you can get stuck without keys or matoks so keep a big stock on you before hitting a dungeon
5 ★ i bought this game originaly brand new for the Gameboy when it was called Final Fantasy Adventure and its remake Sword of mana for tge GBA which I admit I didnt like as much as the original. But this version seems to be closer to FFA. Im enjoying it a lot. I feel like I'm 15 again playing this game.
5 ★ As of 6/21/20 this game played flawlessly,even on my cheap p.o.s.phone without any bugs or crashes..great game..worth every penny.
1 ★ TL;DR; My one advice if you play this game: Save on normal save slots often. My quicksave is unrecoverable and I lost all progress near the end of the game. Having been a secret of mana and final fantasy fan for decades, I was excited to play this. I had few complaints until I got near the end of the game and a monster poisoned me near low health and I moved forward a screen. Now the quicksave is saved on my moment of death and no trickery seems able to revive my character. So I guess I'm done
5 ★ Much better now that the crashing issue has been fixed. Used to be that having too many sprites on the screen (e.g. in some boss fights) would crash the game instantly. Nice to see that it's been fixed. I was able to beat the game on my Galaxy S7 Edge with barely any issues.
3 ★ the game would have gotten a 5 star but there is one part if you run out of keys you are stuck and you cant proceed. the part before you go up the waterfall. it is recomanded that you put a shopkepper there (developers) or take always 20 keys with you else you will realise the issue. the monsters there dont drop keys as well
3 ★ Can't get on the damn chocobo! Because of this I can't get across the broken bridge south of Menos. Fix it!
3 ★ Fun game but WAY TOO EASY! I hope square will add an option for harder game-play; for example double enemy stats or something.... Apart from not posing any difficulty it is a nice game and has a good story to it. Good controlls and easy to learn how to play.
5 ★ Ran flawlessly from start to finish. Quicksave (auto) made it too easy. It looks great, sounds great, controls pretty well. You can use the strategy guides for the original game boy version.
1 ★ Who ever gave this game a high rating was really on some serious drugs. Nothing about this game was exciting. The monsters in this game weren't challenging. They just roamed around even the help you gotten from other characters wasn't to great. Don't waste your money.
5 ★ Amazing experience, great story, intuitive controls and gorgeous visuals that stay try to original artstyle
5 ★ Joyous! This game advantage Zelda in many ways! If you look for a classic old school zelda game in your phone this is it. (Same problem in the INVENTORY space just the game boy but thats ok ^^) im gonna download it again to see if theres any changes but i doubt it. Never the less a GREAT GAME!
