1 ★ I've contacted the Help center over several months ago to see if you can please fix the issue I am having while playing this 3DMatch game. The video isn't playing, too earn double the stars points.And I vent get the 10 extra stars either. (As shown in the pictures) It stopped several months ago. I've done everything on my part,I've uninstalled, re-installed, logged out, reset my phone. I have a tablet and installed 3D Match and on the tablet it is playing the videos. Anyone else have this issue

2 ★ I play games to calm down and relax, and while this game can be fun, it's mostly stressful. We're racing a clock and don't have time to verify what we tapped is what was actually selected. Too often while playing I think I've lined up matches rapidly only to find out an item near what I tapped got selected instead of what I intended. I play this on another device and have the same issue there, too. I'm not paying to remove ads when gameplay is questionable, so it's a dead-end game for me.

5 ★ I like this game because it allows you to use the fan to turn the pile, use lightning bolts to clear some of the pile, and the clock to give you more time to clear the board. The other match games, the time runs out too fast, and you have to purchase extra items to beat the level. I lost all my extras because they fixed all the glitches, but that's ok it work much better. The down side it's to many ads

5 ★ Best of its kind! I tried several object-matching games. It got easier once I realized that object scale varied depending on its positions. It does not have many, if any ads. Touch precision is manageable on the phone screen, which is better than needing to be finicky. I especially like the player-vs-player competition to score points. Thanks.

2 ★ Will change rating if I get a satisfactory explanation... Out of all the games of this kind, I chose this one because it said it was ad-free. I played it and sure enough, the only ads I got were when I chose it (like say, if I chose to watch one to double my reward). However, the very next time I opened it, and ever since, I now have an ad after every single level popping up. Im given the option to watch an ad and double my reward, or to claim my reward and I'm shown an ad anyway. Unacceptable.

2 ★ I really like this game. It worked great at first. Now though it has become very frustrating. To the point I'm thinking about uninstalling it. I have to tap on objects multiple times to get them to move. Then they fall down super slow. Sometimes it won't even move things around to search. This is a big problem because it slows me down.

3 ★ The game is fun, especially in the timed competitive mode. I wish team play had more activity from players. 3 stars for game closing mid-play, even after support said to update the app & the app is updated. Ads sometimes go to black screen & freezes. Looking at the reviews, I am not the only one with these issues. Only answer from support to reviews is ads are how they offer the game, but are not addressing the ad freezing or blackout screens where ads are suppose to be.

1 ★ AND now completely wiped all my data. I'm back to level 1. Truly don't start with this one. Update... still rigged. Even worse times as you go higher. There is NO way to finish levels unless you pay for bonus time or helps. Don't start playing. Not worth it. ...Good but rigged. After level 1200 it sets time so low there is no way to win unless you buy upgrade helps. Unfair. That's why 2stars. I loved it up until that point

4 ★ I love this game. The ads are manageable (except for the ones with no volume button - those are awful) and the game is fun and challenging without being overly so. I won't pay for an ad free version for myself, but I'd pay good money to get an ad free UNTIMED version for my toddler. He HATES actual toddler games but he's too slow to play this version without losing over and over again. There aren't any object match games for people who don't have the speed or skill for games like this.

4 ★ I enjoy this game and would have given it 5 stars if not for the glitches that started happening. I've played for a long time on this same phone without issues before. I've tried everything from restarting my phone, installing all updates, but it will freeze up as far as collecting the items, but the timer doesn't stop. So, I keep running out of time. I got as high as a 92 in world rank and am on game #1140 or something. I'm getting frustrated and am not enjoying playing. Please fix this problem

1 ★ This game gives a good challenge in the first levels. The higher levels get quite stressful because the pieces are all buried in a huge pile, and the game is not designed for you to look underneath, as soon as you touch the screen one pops into the allotted spaces. It's a futile attempt to go any further. And at that point it is now just wasting Data on my phone, how disappointing,,,, offloaded...

3 ★ Mindless fun until some of the later levels (i reached 150??something before uninstall). The levels get needlessly hard with only a couple minute time limits. It quickly sucked any fun out when every level I was racing against the clock. I barely touched any of the other features (the groups, versus other players). The pieces are cute but I quickly get bored of them when they're thrown in with a bunch of numbers and letters (that are impossible to match quickly)

1 ★ I'M BACK AT LEVEL ONE AND PAID AD FREE GONE!!! My absolute favorite game. Love the new look! Graphics are I'm on level 3298 and just recently paid for the ad free option. Ads were short and I liked the option to skip after a few seconds. The game is so great you earned my money for ad free! It would be awesome if you added the option to play against the timer or an opponent for every game.

1 ★ I have installed and uninstalled this game twice because it has glitches that cause it to stop in the middle of games once I get higher in levels. You need also to add instruction on what the symbols on the screen are for. There is no way to earn coins only buy them. I enjoyed the challenge but not enough to deal with loading the game everytime it just disappears from the screen in the middle of a game. And obviously the developer just uses a rubber stamp response to all reviews.

2 ★ Disappointed & frustrated. The game is fun & quite addictive without spending my hard earned cash. I enjoy "beating the clock" games. Though I'm frequently 1st-3rd on team points I seldom receive the award. The countdown ends and nothing. No coins. Nothing. New countdown begins again. Frustrating and a waste of time. Additionally there is one advertiser "Mintegral" (name from memory) that plays an extended length, without a way to end the ad, forced to wait. I've had enough. Uninstalling.
