1 ★ Horrible customer support. Game glitched out and i lost all power ups. Emailed support to see what could be done, i have not heard back from them in over 2 weeks. Also had spent money on this game which sucks cuz i lost everything that i had paid money for. Other than this issue it is a good game to play. Just dont spend your own money or try to contact customer support as they wont be able help you.
4 ★ fix your Facebook link! I used to LOVE this game, and I got fairly far, but now that I got a new phone (Samsung Galaxy S10+ 1tb), I can't import my old game progress. Everytime it tries to connect to Facebook to login, the screen reverts back to the game and gives me an error message that says "Unknown Error". This forces me to have to start the game all over again from scratch, and I can't even save the new game, because the same "Unknown Error" shows up again when I try to link the game!
1 ★ It's a shame that the last patch broke the game. Now it just sits on the loading screen. Pity. What i had played of it was pretty good. Far, far too ad heavy mind you. I get it's your revenue but there are just too many ads and they intrude on the otherwise fun gameplay. Sorry but until it's fixed it's a zero stars for me.
2 ★ Been playing this for nearly a year. Done well over 1,000 levels after prestige resets, but cannot get passed level 215... the amount to get to keep doing each level gets ridiculous too quickly. There needs to be more ways to earn power ups without having to watch countless videos that does get a person very far. Game has great graphics but sadly poor gameplay. Uninstalling because I'm bored of it.
1 ★ I downloaded this game last year when it released and it was a bit of fun. Then I deleted it a week later because it took up too much storage on my phone at the time. After reinstalling it today I attempt to import my progress through Facebook and 6 times in a row got errors. Garbage. Uninstalling this dumpster fire and keeping it out.
2 ★ My favorite game of all time, but it does not have the valintines update and i am on tablet android but it exits out of the game every few minutes. And now it is not even letting me go into the game! And now it is just very very boring and does not even try to let me intovthe game. I am now going to uninstall it!!!
1 ★ When you get it to work it's a good game, but as soon as you leave and come back there is a chance that you get stuck on the start page. Tap to read does nothing and it continues to fail. I don't know if anyone else has ran into this problem. I hope this is telling you what is wrong with the game.
1 ★ I've been playing for a while, got a load of cars, cards, magic tools, sponsors and power ups then the other day the app crashed and I've lost everything including all my stats. Two messages to the support email and nothing back at all. Was decent but unless they sort out the customer service and restore my levels, I'm done with it.
2 ★ Game is great all around but has a major fault. The cooldowns for things like boosts and the daily wheel spin are broken. Every time I check in it resets all the cooldowns for each boost and spin so it shows 8 and 4 hour wait times before next spin or boost. really needs a fix.
1 ★ The game frequently crashed and froze, which wasn't a huge issue to me, but recently the game crashed and deleted all my progress. I had it linked to my Google play account, but for some reason I can't load progress from that?
1 ★ Use to play this game back in the day. Then the game glitched and I lost everything so stopped playing. Downloaded it again I don't get a free spin everyday anymore and the card shop doesn't update still the same cards at the same increased gem price from the 1st day I downloaded it
2 ★ Deserted. Add system for rewards not working. Game is dead.... :Update: Thx for the quick response. Adds & rewards now working allthough worse than before, monkey is far more intrusive with way less free gifts. Tournaments few & far apart. I still think this game can come back to life!
1 ★ i play until stage 222 after close for few hours then i play back all my gem, card , magic tools, car, had been reset or missing, only the stage stuck at 222 but cannot fight with the enemy car ever i click at my full speed . I spend many time on it then become my game data missing. please settle this bug as fast as posible
3 ★ They say they fixed the ads issue, I quit playing after the issue started. It seems to be working now i'll give it a honest rating after I play a little more to make sure it is where it use to be.
1 ★ videos dont work. tried installing on my new phone and transfer progress is from over 6 months ago. I've put time and money into this. I enjoyed it till nothing works. tried contacting support both in Facebook and through the app and nothing. so frustrating.
