3 ★ I have been playing this awhile now and it is constantly glitchy to where the ball is in one place one second and then all of a sudden in a different place. Even sometimes the ball will go straight through your character and allow the other person to score.. this has made me lose on more then one occasion and is extremely annoying especially since it makes you lose points and fans which is the entire point of the game... please fix this asap
2 ★ love the game not going to lie. its addictive, quick matches, and competitive. I write negative because the server crashes. either during a match or while loading it will lose connection and restart the opponent selection. BUT it takes my energy and my tickets YET it doesn't count as a win or a lose. it's taking my tickets and stamina and not rewarding me with anything. fix and I'll give 5 star
3 ★ Superfun game and great idea. Cons: Too many ads (way too many) Also, when you are in a match, the player with connectivity issues, after recovering the connectivity, all of a sudden the player has advantage. I don't know why...but I have experienced this, every single time. Reduce ads and fix this problems and you will get a great game.
3 ★ It's a great and fun game but there is a problem. When the game can't find an opponent or Internet connection is lost, is still takes away the energy. I was leading a couple times and connection was lost and my energy was still taken. It's better to take the energy when a game is completed, not before the game starts. Please fix this problem, it's very annoying. Other than that, awesome game...
2 ★ The game is good at first when everyone is at your level and you compete, but after you get out of the first league and level up, it's all pay to win. It ranks me against CHAMPION LEAGUE players when I'm still in amateur 1 with a rare character and no other skins and I'm facing people with twice my size twice my speed twice my power and twice my jump. The devs know that it's almost impossible to win against someone who can just jump over my head and hit the ball every single time to hit it into my net and that's literally what the game is, and they want you to just buy the dumb skins for money. It'd probably cost you at least $20 before you even can think about competing.
1 ★ Great game but here are the issues: 1. you need tickets to play and you need energy and they run out quickly. It looks like the developers don't really want people to play the game. Seriously, remove the ticket requirement. This just makes the game annoying since you can't play more than a few games at once. 2. Often the game will take the energy AND the ticket and give and not complete the match. 3. bad matching system. Too often it matches with players 2 or 3x stronger. No fun.
3 ★ This is a great football game. With one giant BUT. If you were ever a fan of any of the old sportheads football games, head ball 2 is a great addition. BUT. If your opponent's internet is slow or glitches, they will gain a 1-2 second advantage on you. This will happen multiple times in a match. You will lose nearly every match against slow internet. These glitches nearly kill this game. The slow player should be disconnected and automatically lose. Right now they win, n you lose everything.
3 ★ I reaaaally like this game. Super simple and Fast paced. Challenging enough to be fun but the learning curve isn't steep. My issue with it and why I rated it 3 stars and not five are the fact that they play 15-30 second video adds after every game. I get it you want to make money (hence the freemium, pay to win model). But the adds are really starting to take away from the game itself. I would be happy if you could skip the add if you won and losers had to watch the 30 secs. Also, my league is half afk people which kills the competition a bit cus there's no risk of relegation or even staying in the same league after the season. I'm sure it changes when you climb leagues though. Keep working on the game! It's great.
5 ★ great game, addictively fun. ok controls, sometimes there's a little lag but the gameplay makes up for all of it. Except for the new ad's that will boot you to the start of the menu after each game. Just started happening. very very buggy since changing targeted ad mob. Fun game is now hampered by poor ad programming. each ad doesn't offer you the ability to click. it forced it self to go straight to Google play to download after the advertisement. if I'm not mistaken. you get banned for that?
1 ★ This game is set up for you to spend upwards of $300 or more to unlock the characters. Trust me on that. I have great wifi and still get penalized due to my opponents bad connections and end up losing the game+energy+ticket even if I'm ahead by a few goals. This game is set up to to steal. For instance, it kicks you out when searching for an opponent and steals your energy + ticket. This happens to all my friends who play so imagine the money they make off of you by providing you one less item.
2 ★ The game was really fun for a few days, then I lost interest. Mostly because of the matchmaking system being very polarizing in terms of the level difference. It's somewhat balanced by making sure you can't go against someone within four levels of you but I found that more often than not, I was facing people who had a higher level and better characters than I did. The four level difference is nice, but three or two would be much better in my opinion.
1 ★ Great game but it freezes after every ad. forcing you to close the app and reopen again. super annoying and takes away the fun factor. Other than that its wonderful. Edit: originally gave this game a higher rating. But after the fix of the ad freezing. I quickly realized this is a total pay to win. You can be the best player there, but you won't win if you dont have a high ranking player. And the likelihood of you getting lucky and getting a high ranking player is not goodDont spend money on it!
4 ★ UPDATE: Connection issues have been fixed. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Game play is a lot of fun but since the last update, constant connection issues on LTE & WiFi. Randomly disconnects while leading in a game & get saddled with a loss! And then there are the ads, I get it, that's revenue but this far exceeds other free games. Even "free" gifts aren't free, you have to watch ads! Many ads don't have an option to skip so you're stuck watching for 30 seconds constantly, extremely frustrating.
1 ★ It's extremely fun at the level of using only the basic characters. You can use strategies to win. However, strategy goes out the window if you face a higher level player who has a more powerful character with better size, jump, speed or whatever else, with their unfair advantages. It can become almost impossible to score when their character is so big that it blocks more that half the goal post by just standing there. Ruins the experience. Pay-to-win nonsense. It sucks once you realize this.
3 ★ This an extremely fun and addictive game. Unfortunately, you are forced to watch ads before and after Every match, Every bonus, pretty much any time you're not playing an actual match! Obviously this is extremely frustrating. Also, some players choose to jump up and down constantly, this "strategy" is easy enough to overcome with some practice, but it's still extremely annoying! I'd definitely give it a higher rating if it wasn't for the constant bombardment of ads, too bad.
