2 ★ I got to about level 12 before the ads got super annoying. I wouldn't mind ads if they were just a banner ad or just a video ad every few levels, but it's after every level, minimum 15 seconds, and you can't skip it. They also put a x5 reward (via ad) button exactly where you would click to go to the next level. It wouldn't be a problem if the levels took more than like 10 seconds to complete or the ad was every few levels. Bummer. I wanted an easy time killer.

2 ★ Cute and fun, but I have a major complaint: I bought the full version to remove ads, but the game occassionally replaces the normal "claim" button at the end of a level with a button to watch an add. I clicked accidentally a few times and had to watch ads. If someone buys the ad free version of the game, don't try to trick them into watching ads. You can still have a button to get additional rewards through ads, but don't replace the end-of-level button with it. That's just cheap.

1 ★ i bought the remove ads option. This does remove the banner ads. However, the game constantly prompts to watch more ads. Upgrading the neighborhood, incessant "watch an ad to skip the level" pop ups, and most egregious of all, making the "next level" button randomly become a watch ads button, only about after a short wait when a new option appears. Shady practices. Disgusting. The non challenging puzzle is not worth this

2 ★ This game is a fine casual puzzler. You can't really lose, so emphasis on casual. Also, save your money and don't spend the $2.99 to remove ads. The purchase removes only a small set of ads from the game, specifically the banner at the bottom and the interstitial ads. You will still hit ads frequently. The worst is when a button changes context, following a Rare level, for example, and forces you into an ad. The "No thanks" button only appears after a couple seconds.

2 ★ I do want to say that this had potential. I could have gotten addicted to the gameplay. but I had so many issues. the intrusive ads, that were mostly skipable but that really shouldn't have been coming up in the middle of levels, was one thing. the real problem was that it was burning through my battery and burning up my phone faster then any app I have ever used, and it would get unresponsive within a few levels. This game isn't realy compatible with older devices.

1 ★ Boring, tedious gameplay. No actual challenge - you can beat every level in a few seconds without any effort. Gameplay is interrupted every couple of minutes by a full-screen ad, plus there's a small ad at the bottom of the screen at all times. And if that's not enough the game also bugs you to watch even more ads in exchange for awards every minute or more.

2 ★ Way too many ads. It almost makes the game unplayable when you have to watch a 30 second add every other minute. I understand the developers have to make money but I would think the bottom ad and the ad that covers the side of the menu would be enough. If they give you an option for one more spin and you decline, they make you watch an ad anyways. Doesn't make much sense. TLDR: The game would be so much more enjoyable if there wasn't 30 second ads every minute. (literally)

2 ★ the game completely undermines the players ability to complete a level on their own. the very moment you play less than optimally, the game jumps in to recommend watching an ad in exchange for erasing a wall. its not a puzzle if youre erasing walls! i know i made a mistake whenever that option pops up, and i already have too many people in real life eager to jump onto my mistakes. that feature irritated me enough to stop playing in less than 10 minutes.

3 ★ its a good game and similar concept to other games. the overall idea of the game is well thought out being able to SLOWLY create your own nameless city. the game play is kind of laggy and every 30 seconds there is another ad. between every level and multiple times i have been in the middle of a level and then gotten an ad as i finished the wall. I understand that companies need to make money but have the ad to a minimal because the more ads there are the less people will keep playing the game.

5 ★ Hi House Paint Creators! I found this app while searching for a fun game to play when bored and out of data or internet range. While reading the reviews I didn't expect this to be a great game. a lot of people complained about how there was to much ads. I got totally the opposite, I have barely any ads. not saying it's a bad thing. but the reason I rated 5 stars is because of 2 reasons. 1. it is an amazing game with no lag at all. 2. the graphics are amazing! thanks for letting me play! ❤❤

3 ★ This game is fun and a great time waster but, there's one problem: the ads. One in particular that ruins the game. You use ads to get more gems and to keep spinning to get new tools but, there's one ad that's supposed to be "playable". It never loads for me though and just goes back to the game, which is cool, except that I can't use ads after that. It doesn't let me press the ad buttons anymore. I've missed out on three tools now after painting epic houses because that ad popped up

3 ★ I like the concept and presentation of the game as a whole. It's playability is very fun and overall satisfying. However this game glitches a lot whenever I'm playing and there are just too many ads! Sometimes when I'm painting part of the house, it'll leave some parts of it white even though I've painted it. This is just a little bug but it happens a lot. I'm usually fine with ads but could you at least monitor them to play after we've finished a level? It's just a tad bit annoying....

2 ★ Would probably be relaxing if not for the sheer number of ads. I don't normally mind them, but they're every other (short) level, unskippable, and 30+ seconds. You can disable them for 2 or so dollars, but I don't want to spend money for that when you've made them so obtrusive. Also, the city building mechanic seems strange. I don't understand what the purpose of it is.

1 ★ So unlike what you might think, not really a puzzle game. You can go over what you've already painted. It doesn't block you, it doesn't unpaint what you go over twice, there's no limit on your time or number of moves. You can just keep painting mindlessly until you finish, taking any and all challenge or puzzle out of the game. A brain-damaged toddler could beat every level without even trying. It's like the devs wanted to make a puzzle game but are really bad at puzzles so it's just this instead

1 ★ I enjoyed playing this for a while and even went ad-less when the ads got to be too much. Since introducing the new paint brushes and epic levels, I feel like this game does it's best to make sure you HAVE to watch ads. I get what RNG is but I can't help but feel like I'm being cheated when I lose a paintbrush after watching 2 ads time and time again (7 times in a row to be exact). Something just isn't right and I am starting to regret supporting this developer.
