5 ★ Pls asses my problem, i top up a $4.99 for 300Diamonds, and it was purchase failed but i was deducted x.x i can provide Screenshots pls help me with this, i was supposed to get the event freebies ;-; (I See i already send an Email, it would great if u guys checked it.) tho how nice of u to reply asap not like others took a month to reply. and it was a bot msg)

1 ★ Where is the notice about bug abuse? I search from the fan page till inside game, but never found it! And before, at my mail, you said that was againsting your policy, and now you say you post it at fan page. I am not fool who believe people's. If you can't prove your policy or something that your notice and if you just can make a mistake (bug) then we pay for it, close your game. You just a gold digger.

1 ★ This developer is money minded. If you lose a lot of diamonds(cash shop money) on the Lucky Draw, they will love you as good player. If you win a lot of diamonds they will remove all and put you on debts. This is first game I bear debts link to real life money is about RM 32k, it is like a blackmail. Pay them or you are not allowed to buy things in the cash shop or event. Visit their fb page if you don't believe(if they haven't deleted). 90% of the active players in game are being blackmailed. Moreover, the previous lucky draw wasn't a bug! It was the wrong rate setting from the programmer. Basically it is mistake from the programmer. They want players to responsible. The developer is twisting their words twisting an official lucky draw to a bug Lucky Draw as an excuse to blackmail the players. I have invested a lot money in this game, but they treat all players unfair and no justice. Help...

1 ★ POOR MANAGEMENT ! I think this game should be closed , because many players was complaining about GM mistakes very unprofessional thats impacts to us about bugging . Please consider with ur players under gaming was banned DM . Its not our mistakes your games was hacked , please be responsible .. without gamers yours are nothing .

3 ★ Can you fix it. Why this happen after i uninstall this game and install again new server come and i cant see my server brighthall. 6times i make uninstall and install this game. After the maintenance this will happen. My char name is 3lizabeth.

3 ★ For more than two months, there had been no proper events and we been seeing very badly designed game play after the last diamond glitch. Player participation has been extremely low and I could not even get a decent match in ladder. I spent over 70k diamonds on lucky draw and didn't get the mount or weapon which is ridiculous. The total cost rewards are terrible and no change for more than 3 months. Most i game features are capped e.g. level, suite, trial & etc. and no further improvements till date. Utterly disappointed with GM as this game started so well but now its just bad to the core.

1 ★ My character is gone. Why when i sign in with the same id suddenly create new character? I want my old character back. I don't want to play it if the character is not restored
