1 ★ Just updated the game after it forced me to, and lost absolutely all of my progress. Months of leveling up my kingdom, my heroes, spending money on gems and coins. I had nearly everything discovered. Safe to say I do NOT recommend this game for anyone that values their time, money or effort in game. They do not make it easy to get ahead in the game and now that all the game data can be arbitrarily reset, I'm not convinced it's worth ever doing again.

3 ★ I've been playing since day 1, on and off due to the resets. It has been moving in the right direction with this new update. It still has the bugs which give you the slight handicap, for example I lost the use of my Knight and Bezerker in the mission board due to the fighter mission turning into the Mage mission while they were in it. If you could fix this I would rate 5 stars.

1 ★ Like everyone else, I was pretty upset about the update that wiped our progress, but I thought I'd give it a chance. Unfortunately, I think this new version is a significant downgrade. The combat used to be a lot more interactive, and now it's completely automated and boring. The challenge levels are buggy, and it won't let me advance past level 10. Resources are harder to acquire unless you spend gems (eg. farms used only to cost coins). Honestly, the whole thing seems like a lazy cash grab.

1 ★ ZERO Stars an update should not reset your progress and the amount of gems is not enough to get everything back. The should have made a 2nd version of the game if you wanted to start over. Will not be playing anymore who's to say it won't reset again? Don't bother responding with the generic message. Like people can't read it's the same response to everyone

1 ★ Despite the numerous spelling mistakes, the glitches that happen often in the battles (using an ability like a stun but it doesn't actually stun the opponent, various hero related bugs) I have gotten so close and finally this game forced me to update and I lost EVERYTHING. Weeks and weeks of playing, even spent 3 bucks (I know its not a lot of money but still) I was level 45, I had so much invested in the Heroes and waiting 4 days for the equipment/armor and I am finally done with this game.

1 ★ The latest update broke the game and erased all progress. There can be issues with purchases and support team don't respond quickly. The only resolution suggested by support team was to make sure the game was latest version. Do not make any in-game purchases as you will be left with nothing if there is an issue with the transaction.

2 ★ Pros: It has a neat concept, graphics are nice and it's an interesting game. I love the fighting element mixed in with the merge part of the game. Cons: Gems. You can never earn enough to open chests unless you buy them with real money. So I end up just selling thr chests. This is the biggest flaw in this game. Workers energy is also low and I wish objects would auto merge when put together. Overall this game could use some work. I'll be uninstalling it as I can't handle the gem issue.

1 ★ game data delete after update. huge bugs in game. good concept bad development and management. don't even waste your time downloading the game. Reply to the reply: That's not a valid reason to reset people's data. If I spent 100$ on stuff, they get deleted because you can't find a proper way to improve the experience without deleting everything? That's BS. I know I'm an engineering manager. Again.. bad dev/management.

1 ★ It was a 4 before, now 1.. I can't really progress through the game. Because I need to fight others to get crowns. It would make it easier if you could somehow buy crowns (use gems for this, in this case). Doesn't matter how fast your internet, the online pvp doesn't work. Stupid, even affected others. Fix this immediately or else I will uninstall it. It was fun while it lasted.

1 ★ Please read! I normally don't read reviews, but I hope I can convince others to pass on this game. I've had issues being completely locked out from the game due to the loading screen freezing, and two weeks waiting so far for an answer. I've reached out to the developers, the company support page, their Facebook page and absolutely no one has helped yet...other than an automatic reply from their support page. Even Google play won't help. Very frustrating.

5 ★ I came back after a very long time of being away and at first I was disappointed when I couldn't log into my old save. but I have to admit the game has grown alot since the start and I would NOT change a thing you have done. I log in several times a day to pass the time and I'm growing stronger literally everytime I log in, it's great! Maybe some more challenges October than the few daily ones would keep me on all day but I won't judge for that, keep up the good work!

1 ★ You cannot force your players to reset their games and give them gems to help them get back to where they were. It's not how it works. I want my game back, with every single item and every single coin, even the experience of my heroes, I want them all back. If I can't get my game back, then keep your updates to yourself or become better at programming games, 'cause this, is just making fun of your players. If you fix these resetting updates, I will rate this game a 5, because it is cool.

3 ★ This game is cute and fun, a nice combo of merge and development style games. It only gets 3 stars for 2 reasons. 1) you can't bind to a Google or FB account to make a cloud save, or enable cross platform playing. If you start on your phone, you can never move to your tablet. 2) If you buy the 30 day gem deal, you lose your remaining days when the game updates. This is a known bug, which many have complained about, and the devs are slow to respond or rectify things.

1 ★ They keep coming out with updates that wipe your progress. Sure, they try to compensate you with a heck ton of gems but that's nowhere near enough to get me back to where I was. They also changed how the game works recently which I don't like at all. It's like they don't know what they want to do with their own game and change everything constantly. Terrible devs.

3 ★ Great game, fun concept, but a lot of frustrating bugs and other. Main issues if noticed is the time functions really, really don't work well. It can tell you something is ready in 12 hrs, but realistically takes almost 24. Really frustrating. Also it glitches at the end of battles if are using an ability and the last enemy dies. Happened to me several times and I never got the bounty from the battle.
