1 ★ Never received any of the three welcome bonuses they lure you in on their ads with... no contact number, no live customer support, just an email address for customer service and its been 5 days and i still havent got a response... would not recomend, only two options to cash out is to wait weeks for a paper check or to pay to cash out on paypal. This app is an absolute joke, would highly advise you avoid it.

1 ★ Not happy with this app. I changed my review because in the app the slots are stealing money from the balance that hasn't been bet. For example I had 0.63 cents left and went to play Hyper Gold and placed a spin on a 20cent bet. I spun twice and went to spin a third time and it said I had no balance. The same with the Wolf game. They are stealing money that hasn't even been bet. It might seem like a small amount bit it adds up. This isn't the first time it happened. No response from C.S.

1 ★ I actually read the reviews before I downloaded this app and I wish I would've listened but my experience was horrible. I actually did hit for over 300 at 1 time but it was a nightmare trying to withdraw it. It was 1 thing after the other so after 4 days of waiting ( not patiently ) I played it all off. The customer service is horrible. Good luck

1 ★ They totally messed up the game when they updated today I've been playing the game for years under the gold nugget now that it's combined with DraftKings it's just not the same. They need to change it back to the way it was.

1 ★ Contacted customer support early morning of 11/23, as my spin landed on a bonus spin feature, then immediately refroze & reset. Fortunately, I had a screenshot. I was told that support could do nothing, as they had to "contact the game Provider for input" This game has historically payed generous bonuses on free spins. 4 days later, I'm told, their still waiting on "Internal feedback" now a full week, & crickets ..either they are hoping I forget, dont care, or aren't as forthright as they claim

1 ★ Only signed up for advertised promotion of deposit match. New players only. So after signing up I'm taken back to log in and promotion goes away because apparently I am no longer a new player. Dirty tactic to get new players. I imagine the slots and table games are just a bit harder to win on at this site.

No bonuses on 5 different games, yet obvious gliches and changes of screens! it literally would go from what looked would be a winning screen to nada! i emailed 3 times to no aveil! then completely tossed me off the damn site! that was last straw, shows they dont care! 1 ★ This casino has a habit of resetting your game just when you get bonus spins . You can play for hours trying to get a bonus but as soon as you get it the game kicks you off and you have to reset it .

2 ★ Love the site and the games. Only problem is that the site location check keeps running Everytime I go to play a game and I havnt been able to play anything on my account for two days now. It's so irritating it just spins and spins. I havnt moved locations all day and yet it still won't pick up where I'm at and let me play the game. This is terrible, if it stays like this I will just cash out my money and delete the app what good is keeping it on my phone when I can't even play that damned game.

4 ★ Probably 1 of the best online casino. Easily navigated and quick pay outs . I've only have 1 problem I can't use it on my tablet since latest update. Please developers work on making, our software morer tablet friendly.

2 ★ Bad connection even when on wifi, I get kicked out the app. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app just to log in. It's not a winner! This app sucks big time. Sadly cause I thought this will be a good experience for me. More like an inconvenience and a headache. So I will uninstall and stay off this platform.
