1 ★ American server down with no warning...Kingdom being destroyed by Chinese alliances. Yes the servers were fixed four hours too late and the Chinese alliance crushed my castle and most of my kingdom. That and the compensation that you provided is completely inadequate for what we lost. The game needs to be restarted from before the servers crashed

1 ★ Been playing this game coming up to 2 years Very biased game if your chinese all advantages to them and as stated many times in reviews it is a p2p game other wise you wont get any where and all chinese players have advantage in that aspect as all there packs are cheaper and devs will not take responsibility if game messes up due to their lack of proper maintenance of servers only thing that keeps you hooked on playing is the friends made in game otherwise would have quit along time ago appallin

1 ★ Did server maintenance without informing players and my account got zeroed by players on a Chinese server that wasnt under maintrnance. The maintenance compensation did nothing to replace all that was lost. Very disappointed with 37Games.

1 ★ Terrible. Starts out pretty fun until you get to a certain level then a higher level attacks emptying your resources, all troops and your hero in in captivity for 4 days. So, you basically start from scratch except for your city, just to have it happen over and over. You will find this game more and more frustrating.

1 ★ This game is a lot of fun! I love playing and the setup is amazing! My only problem is there is a, periodic glitch that'll cause your shield to disappear, while you're offline, and leave you open to attack. update: I have contacted your customer service. I have caught them in lies, first saying they found no record of a shield then saying it shows an 8hr shield. They do nothing but mock me and still refuse to do anything.

1 ★ I have played this game for almost a year now and I have not opened but maybe 2 concerns about game play. it is a very good game and worth the download but customer support is horrible.....I have 1 ticket open I have been trying to deal with for almost a month now and it seems like they think I'm not very intelligent. Just poor customer service.

5 ★ **Update** They gave me a compensation pack that was well worth the wait. Dont use their fb for help just go through the game itslef. Once the issue was found they solved it quickly.** Side Note: It's nothing like advratised. It's a pay to win game like lords mobile. You need to have at least a mini game that was like the ad. Maybe something that helps get badges for these dragons you have to buy in packs. Limit it to a play 3 x a day and you can pick your drogan you run through with to get badges.

3 ★ I downloaded the game cause the video looked good. nothing like the video but not an issue. every time you start in a new clan you follow the instructions to level up the gift level and it doesn't move at all. I'm just wondering why the gift level system isn't working. if I can understand why i will change my star rating. cause I have this game and Jurassic tribes as well and its the same way.

1 ★ Have been having an issue In game where i cannot train the amount of troops I choose. even with surplus resources it says can only train x amount which is not true and then leaves me with wasted food or I have to spend gems to speed what was left. they have known about this issue for over a month from me and have done nothing to fix it. Edit: it has now been 4 months of submitting tickets and claims for absolutely nothing to happen. I dont recommened spending any money or time on 37 games apps.

4 ★ Love this game. It's my stress relief. Just wish you would put an Enforcer in this game. Give him/her enough CP and the authority to zero any player at any time, sheilded or not, who goes around attacking the players with lower CP, ex: 150 millon CP -v- 12 million CP, especially when an alliance makes a rule then breaks said rule!

1 ★ I've been playing this game for over a year now and its starting to get boring. kvk sucks after new update because it's the same kingdoms over and over again. slow down on p2w. that's all I feel like this game has become of now is pay 2 win. wasnt ljke that wen I first started. and please for the love of God open up new kingdoms. u guys have had the same realms for over 7 months. create new realms for people's alts to go to.. and please understand primal wars is it's own game. not jurrassic tribe

1 ★ I give this game a one star, even tho I really liked the game and enjoyed hours and hours of it, because there is little to no tech or game support, the tell you to click contact cs and it takes you to an invalid page, then when I contact the Facebook page it wants me to recharge this number and it came up with a credit card in someone's name that definitely isn't me, so I knew it wasn't my account, it felt like a scam, and why should I be forced to pay for his game when I did nothing wrong here are the screenshots of the error page, the conversation, the email, and the pages when I tried to follow his instructions, when I stopped before I put my credit card info in... I guess I can't post pics here... so here's to your response, it was declined, I didn't get the pack, but you still charged me, so yea I got my refund, I'm not going to pay you for something I didn't recieve, it's your games error, not mine.... No the game said card declined, I checked my messages for the notifications on the other things I had bought, and I did not get that pack, it said card declined but you still took my money... I deleted your game because of how much is ridiculous, , you sit here arguing with me, over my money, and what I did and didn't get, .... I checked, I would know, you guys need to get more user friendly tech support and not be so greedy and petty... 37 GAMES YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO CALL YOURSELF A GAME CREATOR!!!!

1 ★ It is absolutely horrible. Do not put money into this game. They go into emergency maintenance all night and when you wake up every hour to make sure you are able to reshield when it's over, you'll get a notice that you have to update the game to use it but if you can't update it without WiFi and you don't have wifi... You will get zeroed and they won't care.

1 ★ I'm a pay 2 play member and had just been given a blacklist error. these are used for those that I guess hack or get game refunds. neither of which I did. no explanations and no response to 2 emails to 37 games. I had just bought a $50 pack along with other in game packs. and I am not getting any explanations. I'm still not asking for a refund, but to reinstate my account. in addition, my account has been zeroed due to the current regional war. 37 Games, please contact me regarding resolution.

3 ★ It's just like GoW or Mobile Strike. However you get a lot more free items and way more rewards. There is a bit more to do then other games. If you have a decently active alliance you will grow just fine. My only complaint is they are making to many new servers and not letting the regions fill up enough. So the regions die quickly. Maybe merge newer regions together or at least remove bands so people can region hop and aren't stuck in a dying region.
