2 ★ Greedy. I spent around $15 on this game and got to a point there is no progressing without paying more. When you get raided you get a pop up ad for a "battle defeat pack" to pay them more money when it's just going to keep happening. Don't give them a dime, I regret every penny I spent. Such a waste, because the gameplay and graphics are great. Too bad their absolute greed makes it unplayable.
2 ★ Fun game with a unique storyline. As any Freemium game, you eventually hit a paywall where grinding for silver takes ages. Rating 2 stars for the following: It's very intrusive if you're not playing it, literally a notification every single minute if you have a hero ready to be summoned. The premium gold to anything ratio is crazy high, paying for gold isn't really worth it as you'll get next to nothing for it. Lastly, the research mechanism is completely broken.
5 ★ "The" best war/strategy game on Google play by far. Great overall graphics, including lord and guard characters, nothing childish or rink-dink about this game. Can be enjoyed, and advance, without investing real money. Very few glitches (all games will have them, their not perfect) Great I interface with other alince members. Transports to other kingdoms to plunder, attack, and perform other challenges. I've tried out some of the other war type games and they all fall short to this one.
5 ★ I like the world building and how easy it is to use. The story is pretty good. The puzzles are a great addition to this type of game. What I am disappointed in is that it's just like all the other games where you build, build, build and have to protect your kingdom, and you have to be in an alliance to get anywhere after the first few levels and chapters. I don't want to battle other people. I want to build my kingdom, work the story, solve puzzles and battle monsters on my own. Search continues
2 ★ I have played this game for about five days and was enjoying it until today when another player robbed me three times, leaving my army significantly reduced and me unable to partipate in the majority of the game play. It is rather unfair that losses are not capped. Nothing is really very linear or logical - acheivements in one area relate to completely different parts of the game. There are no instructions how to play. Buildings take too long to upgrade after level 11.
3 ★ If you're familiar with base-building "tactical" war games, you've played this. The mini-games and theme are the only real differences. MC feels like a re-skin and slight improvement on Z Day, the company's last game. Some assets are re-used. It does everything fairly well though, except the free-to-play grind comes to a halt at base level 17. Absurd Silver requirements for all the buildings: Hundreds of thousands for each and you earn 4-6 thousand with a full mine or 2ish hours of gathering.
5 ★ This game is addictive... you grow faster when you start spending your money else you lag behind and get defeated easily, by stronger opponents. But by far it is the most engaging game with many different items added leading to the complexity of the game. Strategies and game plan also helps. Getting a suitable alliance is also a key factor to grow.
4 ★ Initially fun to play--graphics are good, storyline is unique. BUT, around level 17 it starts taking LOTS of resources to upgrade & many buildings to upgrade. Harvesting becomes very tedious, e.g. you can harvest 14k of silver in 2 hrs, but you need 300k plus to upgrade 1 of your 10-20 buildings, so much of game is just harvesting. Boosts don't help much, so only option is spend $ on resources & you can lose days/$$ worth of resources in a sec to raiders, even when device is off.
5 ★ Great game so far Have spent less than $6 and been playing a few months now only a few times a week and still have no issues or complaints. If you build up supplies and join an alliance it's very easy game to advance in. Helping each other out and sharing rewards and improving the estate and guards stats are very rewarding. Straightforward game and NOT money hungry or PTW like some say. Offer very good and affordable deals with quality awards without being bombarded about it. Solid game
5 ★ It's a good game. It hooks you and eventually you will end up spending money, but you can have fun without spending hundreds of dollars. Alliances are great way to make friends around the globe and have fun while playing. While some players may try to make it a bad place, if you stick with your alliance and pay attention to the notifications, you can go a longtime without much trouble. I've played on multiple kingdoms and have a great time whenever I start anew!
1 ★ Was a great game... at first, until people started cheating with purchases, I spent well over $300. A person who lives in a state touching my states border gets 4 times the value of buying everything... they are cheating using a VPN to change their location, setting to a cheaper country.. they pay $23 for the same bundle that costs me $109.. such a rip-off and customer service says it is not a problem... I want a refund and will stay far away from fun plus games now.. indefinitely.
5 ★ Just started playing the game but so far it's pretty impressive. Good quality graphics, decently thought out story line, etc. I like how each character has a little bio about them, and some characters have multiple perks as a captain/leader once you upgrade them enough times. Overall good game, would definitely recommend checking it out
1 ★ Game ad holds you hostage. Trying to play another game, & the ad for this game interrupts, and won't let you exit the ad, unless you hit 'download'. I've had to close my game 3x now because of this ad, & every freaking time, it keeps me from returning to the game I ACTUALLY want to play! If I could give it negative stats, I would. I almost downloaded it once, but then it started holding my game hostage, & I don't like bullying in any form. This game is electronic bullying! Download me, or else
1 ★ Hey developers the new graphics are absolutely unbearable looks like Lego land difficult to navigate. Why can't you change it to the old graphics? They still have them in some kingdoms. Please change back these graphics look like a child's game and gives me a headache I don't play the game like before and I won't spend $ now and many in my kingdom feel same way. If you want people to spend $ bring old graphics back! This is why 1 star because couldn't give no stars!
1 ★ Played game, nothing like advertised, almost like GoG with a few changes and costing more to upgrade. Shows 4.4 stars should be 3.4. They are just aiming at these that can afford to buy packs to upgrade and bully the lower players. I had to uninstall couldn't keep playing because it would take too long to get items to upgrade like silver and speedups.
