Description

1 ★ I have been logged out and the only way to log back in is your email and a code but MY EMAIL NO LONGER EXISTS. I have absolutely no way of logging back in as this email is pretty old and doesn't exist anymore I think this is ridiculous I have lost everything because of this code login. I can login on origin online but can't login on the game. I think multiple people have the same issue. I cannot change anything on my account because everything gets sent to my non existent email.
2 ★ This game is fun whenever it works, whenever I open the game it says that an error has accured. I hit retry over and over but nothing happens, eventually, I have to uninstall the game and redownload it, that is why it is a two star rating, good game, but fix that glitch and the rating will go to 4 or 5.
1 ★ If I could give 0 stars I would, game used to be fun and great time waster, now I keep getting logged out, connection to server fails and as of late it's been asking me to redownload the whole game whenever I login, srsly sort this out cuz this game is getting worse by the day now
1 ★ Dreadful experience after last major update. Asking for a code which is never sent. Several emails later, with identical instructions from people who haven't a clue, still not able to play a game I've played daily for years. Stop getting your outsourced help desk employees to respond with incompetence and get the app fixed. Please go back to the previous login method using a password.
2 ★ Good game, I have been playing for a long time. That's were it ends. This is not done loading updates and saving them. I cannot login the way I used to. And why do I have to disclose my phone number, email, passwords and age. !!!!!
1 ★ I truly recommend you do not download this game unless you are happy with being randomly signed out and then unable to sign. The signing into the game is the biggest issue they have always had, even when talking to the ea technician they don't know to fix the issue. For the tenth time fix your signing in issue
1 ★ Since the update asking for verification codes to login the game is now unplayable as EA never send the codes. I reported this issue to them about 3 years ago but was never fixed, now they've just extended the issue to this game.
2 ★ Why the hell did they make it that you need to get a code from your email. I know my email and password but the email I used was a blackberry email so it doesn't work. I was very far in the game with a lot of stuff and now I have to start from the beginning. Makes me wanna just delete
1 ★ Typical EA - if it's not a case of the servers being down a lot, or the game crashing randomly for no good reason, they implement a ridiculous Verification Code to log in...which the code is never valid, therefore can't log in. RIP TSTO.
1 ★ I absolutely love this game but with the new update it constantly logs you out. Then there are issues with the verification codes. Honestly wish they would just go back to how it was before
1 ★ So full off bugs now all my characters have disappeared!!! Tap on the face icon and takes you to the spot where they should be no one is there?? It is always something annoying with this game.
2 ★ So many updates that seem to take forever. Everyday there is a new update! Says you can continue game in the background but doesn't work. Fustrating and bored now because of the barriers to playing the game
3 ★ Having been playing for long time. Really enjoyed until you can't buy land and have to wait until you can get FREE LAND TOKENS which don't come around enough and i have run out of room. Please fix
1 ★ I would have given 5* if I was able to log in. It's been months since I was able to. I can do updates but not log in, it sucks!!
1 ★ Got logged out put all my details in got told I would be sent a verification code git sent the code but it doesn't work tried 4 times it is so annoying that you keep being logged out also how do you change your e mail address on the ea account can't find anywhere that tells you how to do this I don't use the email I signed in with now
