1 ★ At first this a WAS cool but it doesnt even work anymore. It wont let you sign in no matter if your're a ps4, xbox or steam user it doesnt work!

1 ★ App does little to add to the companion game's progress, such as VC. And what little it does add takes for too long. So I'm supposed to pour hours and hours into the main game to progress and then hop over here so I can spend more time for little reward?? Also, the face scan feature is a joke. No matter what I do I cannot get the app to recognize my face. Yes, I've done all the recommended actions, such as lighting rear facing camera, etc. I have an S20, so it's not my camera.

3 ★ Fun but needs to have more events and in game specials to keep the game active and gaining players.

4 ★ It's fun but the facescan gets my face wrong,but I got close enough.can you make the facescan available outside of my career so I can put it in my created player and put it in my league.or just make the facescan itself in my career transferable to other modes.

3 ★ App needs a login every time I launch it even though I log on with the same account. This also lags often but other than that the game is fun and the vc does reach my MyTeam account which is great.

2 ★ Every time I try to play reining threes the game shuts down on me. And several times while trying to play platinum playbook the game froze and I had to restart and I lost my progress.

1 ★ Face Scan Errors for no real reason. You would think it upload in 2k20 and work once it uploads through the app, but its not I keep getting the same error message in the actual game with no detail on why it didn't. I saw the reviews and they were spot on. I will help do not waste your time with this horrible app.

1 ★ Useless & soooo big (450MB) for nothing. The face scan is not working The apo is 450MBs for no reason. Dont even try to download it

1 ★ I wish I could rate this app with negative stars. It's flat out horrible. I had this app for months and it's been trash since day 1. At first, it would not accept my login, I had to make another one. With the exact same phone number and email 🤦🏾‍♂️. Now it just freezes whenever I try to sign in. I just wanted to do a face scan. I been trying since I bought this overpriced, crappy game. The developers spend way too much time on cut scenes and ways to take out money.

1 ★ This app is hot garbage. Every time I try to fill information into a field, it allows me to type one character, and then exits the field. Why do I have to go through an entire unskippable demo, just so I can try and access the face-scan, which doesnt work anyway, considering the app can't connect to the EA servers? This app is bad, and the creators should feel bad for releasing it.

1 ★ This game won't let me sign in to the Xbox one so i can do my face scan everytime I tap it says failed to log In but I can sign in using the other ones

2 ★ Doesn't work Edit: Wow, so despite my extremely vague and unhelpful review, their support team actually reached out and attempted to resolve the issue. They get a star back for that. However, my frustrations with this app continue. I'm not having trouble with the black screen at login, as the developer thought might be the case (if you are, see below; I'll paste the developer's suggestion). Rather, I cannot get the face scan to work -- it just doesn't recognize my face. I've tried different lighting levels and colors but have had no luck. At this point, it's not worth the effort -- I've already made my new MyPlayer from scratch anyways. It would've been cool to use a face scan... maybe next year! Developer suggestion regarding black screen at launch: * Swipe from the app to bring up the system bar. * Tap on the apps menu. This should put the app in the background. * When you see the game in the frequently launched carousel, tap it. * The game should now start normally.

1 ★ This app is even worse than last year's version. I can't even login to my PS account to do anything with it. It tells me I'm logging in, i click on proceed, then it tries to login again and nothing happens. The app freezes. Can't scan my face, can't do anything to earn VC, literally cannot use this up in conjunction with my game. This is even more of a dumpster fire than last year.
