4 ★ I love this game, but since getting a new phone, I'm done. The directions in the game say tap settings, tap the sign in, and you can sync through either Facebook, Google, or Apple. However, there is *no* sign in button though when you tap settings. I can't see giving up several years of progress in this game to start over from the beginning. Give us the ability to sync our games between devices, Bitmango!

1 ★ I've enjoyed this game for years. I feel like word games help keep the brain sharp. However, after getting to a very high level with several thousand coins, the game froze and I had to uninstall it and start all over. I rebuilt to a high level again, with almost 13,000 coins and today when I opened the app, the game had reset itself to the beginning and all the coins were gone! So, it was fun while it lasted, but I'm not starting over again.

3 ★ As of late, the app has been working with many glitches. For example, every so often, a letter, necessary to complete the level, is missing. So you are stuck, and the only way out is to deplete all your points and hints so that words with that letter are completed. There are many more smaller scale glitches. I believe the app has been maintained poorly or/and QI person is on vacation :)

1 ★ On 5/19/23Way too many ads. Can't hardly even play due to ads. Use to be good 9/2/23. It's gotten even worse. It's much worse for the advertisement. I've decided to delete it. I know they need money, but either you have a product that works or you don't give a product, and it's all about making the most you an regardless of if the product is still good. Deleting now chaiging from 2 starts to 1 star.

3 ★ So far, so good. I am waiting for the "Other Shoe to Drop"! It's as if, just when I get used to a game, I get a message to update to latest version and the quirks and bugs take forever to fix, if it's possible for a fix. Not to mention, only one of all the purchases I made on my phone, I was scammed by 2 companies and had to obtain 4 replacement credit cards in 3 months. I don't trust in app purchases.

4 ★ While it is an enjoyable game, it irks me when the game throws a word at me that I've never heard before (not often, but it happens), but when it's the last word I enter, it won't let me look at the definition before it's going into celebration mode for me completing the round. Even as a themed game, a word game should be more about learning than the flashing lights and cutsey phrasing about me doing a good job.

1 ★ Update: The latest update fixed the crash! Thanks for jumping in it so quickly. I've been playing this for many many years. Great game! Not sure what happened, but the app crashes on launch every time now. I'll change my rating if it gets fixed. Update 10/17/22: I can no longer play this game without it randomly launching the browser and taking me to some website (Masscation?). Fix your ad engine!!

3 ★ I used to love this app, have had it for over a year and played every day. Keeps my mind thinking. But the past almost 2 months, whenever I attempt to watch any ad that shows up to get the extra points, it will just spin and spin and time out and i never get the points added into my bank anymore. This includes the extra spin each morning, playing the additional bonus board each morning, and all the extra opportunities it usually gives you to watch ads and collect points. I am beyond frustrated.

3 ★ Great game, I've been playing it for a solid few months, now at level "Pastry Chef" but, any time you select "watch video" to spin the wheel again or to get more coins, it just gets stuck on pending. You literally cannot tap the back button and will have to close the entire game out and start over to get past that screen when it gets stuck AND you lose the extra spin/coins you are supposed to receive after you watch the video. Been waiting for that bug fix for quite a while.

2 ★ I actually like this game. I had no choice but to give it a low score, sadly, because every single time I download it, there I run into the SAME problem, no matter the device. Every time I get yo a certain level, there's a glitch (?). I start the level, I get down to the last word, and the app closes on me. I restart the app, and there's no visible words in the word collection area. Not only do the words I've already made not show up, there are no longer blocks where the letters should go.

5 ★ Love the game, I've been playing it for over a year now. I did pay to remove the ads way back when so I dont share that issue but I can imagine it is incredibly frustrating with how ads are on other games. My biggest issue is that within the past month the bake off is no longer available. It has the icon visible but it says I completed it. Not sure if it's a bug or if they stopped offering it which would be a huge bummer because the bake off was my favorite part of the game!! Hopefully they get it working again/bring it back soon.

4 ★ Great game! I waste so much time on it. There are a lot of ads, but they are short so it's not a huge deal, though if I have music playing on my phone when an ad pops up it stops the music which isn't something I've really noticed in other apps. The biggest issue I have though is that it absolutely kills my battery. Doesn't drain it in the background thankfully, but if I play for an hour I'll have easily lost 20-30% of my battery if not more. Really keeps me from playing when I'm not at home near a charger.

4 ★ Love this game! It's addictive and a good way to keep your mind sharp. Sometimes the words are obscure, which makes it more challenging but overall, it's fun. Developers, please do something about the full piggy bank. Give an option to buy or remove. It's been full for a year now, not buying it. Also, if all the letters for the weekly challenge don't come up for a whole level of games, what's the point? Ambitious, but pointless.

2 ★ I love the game itself. But I'm giving it 2 stars because of the freezing and crashing whenever I try to get quest rewards and the constant ads. At first the ads showed every time you completed a level. Okay. Annoying but understandable. Now? Now ads start randomly in the middle of playing. Middle of making a word and I find myself redirected to some ad or website. Then when you get back to the game, you have to watch another freaking ad before you can resume playing. Bitmango needs to fix this!!

5 ★ Corrected. Back to loving this! I got a new phone, Essential PH-1, and now the ads cover the bottom portion of the game not just empty real estate on the screen. There isn't a way to close the ad like in other apps so I'm stuck guessing on letters and never knowing how many hints I have. Can you please take a look at this? I love this game! Just as I got addicted the Deal Dash ads started locking the game. The only way to get out is to kill the app and start over. I don't mind ads but 30 second videos and ads with no exit option ruined it for me.
