3 ★ Is there an issue with the servers? I have been unable to load the game since yesterday, it's been fine previously, I have cleared the cache and that worked once but the next time and since then it won't load even if I clear the cache again. No errors come up it just sits on the loading screen.

2 ★ I used to play this game everyday but lately things in it have been restarting to where i have to do it again, keeps saying lost internet connection when i know i havent, as well as just today kept telling me sever updated restart game. The game used to work fine i dont know what happened but now its just issues after issues. I still liked the game enough to play with the issues but now that it wont let me play at all there is really no point in keeping it.

1 ★ Right now im not happy with this game at all . Every time there is a balloon race i get kick out of the game sence the new update. These server issues have cost me gems too. Right now i cant even get into the game and thats going to get me kicked out of the club i joined for not helping my team. I know im not the only one having issues with this game. It would be nice if you would at least let us know you are trying to fix the issue.

1 ★ The game has a lot of bugs. You'll have days where you can't log on. There is a labyrinth that you make your way through, but it randomly resets and you're back at the beginning-- losing your progress. Certain things are timed, so when you can't log on, you lose at events.

4 ★ I have been playing this game so well since many days. But since yesterday my game is automatically closing and also the pastry shop of panda area has stopped working. Please resolve this issue. It is a really nice game but due to these issues I am rating it 4. Please fix it up.

1 ★ Honestly, I don't think I need to say much after looking at the other reviews BUT I will add the same thing.... I have not been able to get into the game for days without getting kicked back out. Before that THE app was having connection issues. While this was one of my favorite games, I have become so frustrated with it at this point. I have deleted & reinstalled it multiple times and of course that does nothing. Smh, next step is to just delete and be done with it! 😣😣😣

1 ★ Do not install this game! You get so far then you lose everything! If you play it don't pay for inappropriate purchases as you'll lose what you have paid for as well as your hard earned cash. Great game. The last update was 30th July & since then there are connection issues & not getting much help from support due to Covid-19. Shame it was a great game. May uninstall it as I can't get on now yet I was on 2 hours ago!

3 ★ The game is weirdly fun. I started to play this game only to earn points for another game. However just recently the games will lose connection. You have to shut down and re-open multiple times. Thats annoying when you have sent off goods for a time stamp and must re-do because of connection issues. I thought it was just me, came to see if there was an update but after reading other reviews I'm certain its not me.

4 ★ Edit* they now have a pop up for confirmation. I love this game but it is very slow to process. ALSO a big warning. Do not spend money to get gems. There is no pop up confirmation when you go to spend gems. throughout the game, you lose so many gems by accidently pushing buttons and spend them on things you don't want or need. You will be wasting money. Be very cautious.

1 ★ I really like the concept but it's broken for me. After starting the game and playing the beginning when I go out of the app and reopen it, it no longer displays the things in my island. I don't have the original buildings or walls, cursed areas, purchased buildings, and decorations. It first happened when I connected my account to Facebook but after disconnecting it, uninstalling and reinstalling, and clearing the cache the problem still persists.

2 ★ I love this game. Have spent real money quite a few times to support even, but for the last 24 hrs I can't log in. The loading screen looks like everything is fine but then it just closes. Doesn't give you an error or anything-just everything disappears & you are looking at your home screen on your phone. Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Before this I was having the same problems as everyone else: whale stuck & balloon barrels changing what they're requesting if you log out then back in.

2 ★ After reading many of the reviews, I have realized that the glitches I have are not just imagined. Full barrels one time, and the next time I come on they are empty, products are appearing and/or disappearing, internet connection issues, playing on more than one device, etc. One review said they submitted a ticket to customer support and things were fixed. How do you submit a ticket for help ? I, too like most of you enjoy this game, but am getting frustrated with the problems. Please fix !!

3 ★ Dear Big Fish games: Thank you for fixing a lot of the game issues. I will give back all five stars when I get what I paid for back and when you fix it so I can upgrade the pastry shop in the panda Village. it says I can upgrade it now to level 2 but when I click on it nothing happens. it won't let me put items in the baskets to sell it won't let me collect my money it won't let me do anything in the pastry shop everything else in the village I can do just not in the pastry shop please fix it

2 ★ Had to reinstall the game twice because of the glitches of items and buildings disappearing. It was fun for the first few levels, but then it got boring fast because of the wait time and how much items you actually need to do anything useful, but you have very little storage and unable to upgrade until you get the parts.

1 ★ Liked the game. But it quit working. I've removed and reinstalled the game multiple times in the past couple weeks. Still continues to not work. Almost ready to give up on it for good. Update, whale is stuck at port, race event cannot be completed, and random items disappear and appear. And I'm not sure if I have any communication with the club im in. Just an all around mess! Continues still after reinstallation of the app.
