5 ★ I have been playing for a long time, almost since it came out! There have been some issues with glitches, freezing, and such but it is usually just before an update comes out. I had a BIG issue when my phone was factory reset by the company without my ok. Support worked with me for nearly 3 wks, and I got 95% of my stuff back, except the extra stuff I had paid for as I didn't take the time to get the specific information they asked for. Love the game! ❤

5 ★ I love this game and totally appreciate the new auto harvest. The last change was confirmation when merging three items instead of five, which I also appreciate. Now, would you please change how we deal with the rubies and coins. Often times I am just meaning to relocate a coin or ruby, but if merely touched then released, the coin or ruby gets consumed. So frustrating. I would like this to be the next change. Thank you! 😀 p.s. The "Skyscanner" ads in the game are preventing free energy.

3 ★ The most annoying thing about the game is my progress won't save multiple times throughout the day. It will make me redo merges and rebuild buildings I've already built. It says I'm connected to wifi. The only time I think it wouldn't save progress is if I didn't have wifi. But even then I have mobile data, it should save my progress. Sometimes it just doesn't save and I have to redo everything I just did.

1 ★ I had this game years ago, but uninstalled as the amount of events gives too much FOMO. I reinstalled a few weeks ago, because I missed it. It is a fun game. However, I am probably going to uninstall again, as the ridiculous events are even harder to complete. We used to be able to watch ads for more energy several times a day for each area. Now, we can only watch one ad per day for ALL areas?!?! That is asinine. You used to make money off me with ads, now you make no money off me. Fix it, pls.

1 ★ Absolutely upsetting. I have been playing for awhile. I have all of my in app purchases. It was freezing, not loading, I couldn't do anything but it was only this game. Evergtbing else was working okay on my device. Now I lost all my progress, I even spent money yesterday! I had so much energy built up too. I'm upset as no progress saved or loading, money gone.

5 ★ Love this game. Great graphics. Lots to do with mini games and main screen cute characters and funny little story line. The only thing is sometimes when you don't have data you have to have Wi-Fi in order to open then you can cut your Wi-Fi off and play the game cut it off cut it on as long as you don't let your phone die on you the game will still open without Wi-Fi

3 ★ Good graphics and fun to play, but beware. It makes my phone overheat frequently. It is addictive because it is formatted to give the energy at different times and therefore to not spend money, you must sign on multiple times a day. I can't protect my personal information while i the program as it requires internet access and won't work with VPN. I am definitely not ok with it changing things in my settings and the ad apps it opens even when I am not playing!

1 ★ The last few months the game has been crashing multiple times a day. 90 % of ads either force the game to stop or take you to Play store and kick you out of the game without a payout. Support has done nothing as it continues to happen. If you haven't installed this game yet I recommend you think twice before you do. The aggravation is not worth itm

2 ★ The longer I play, the more impossible it seems to achieve any mini games. Storytime never lasts long, and it takes way to long to get energy. And the gnome energy is supposed to be used for ALL Storytime lands? I never have any to progress... in the primary game, there are so many things to build,and the time it takes to complete and earn stars is way to long

2 ★ I play everyday and have for a long time. Sadly the game is starting to become a cash cow. Items are now more expensive and you don't get the bonus energy on the special islands anymore. The game uses more energy to chop plants too. You can't finish any special islands without spending real money. And even doing that, you still can't complete the missions. Gets boring and mundane when you can't ever complete special tasks and islands

4 ★ I used to love this game, but now its gotten quite big. The harder i work at it, the slower & bigger it gets. You're punished for your work with slow game play & constant crashes, until you get to the point I'm at where I can't even open it long enough to do anything before it lags to a crash. I've complained twice & nothing. They got a lot of my money, though. You'd think they'd help the players that spend $$ on their site! I ended up just uninstalling & reinstalling, & its a bit better now

2 ★ Every update takes away more of what made the game enjoyable. You used to be able to keep up with all the events and islands with moderate gameplay & have a lot of fun. Now, you Have to use real money currencies to complete events. The new island is just too much. I don't want to level characters- if I did, I would play that type of game. The base game is fun, but don't expect to keep up with everything without paying cash, & expect them to move the bar right before you complete something.

3 ★ Everything is working again but now all my crops/ fruits collect at once. This is very disappointing after years of collecting them individually. I really enjoyed collecting them individually and the sounds and haptics that went along with that. Quit ruining things. We spent a lot of money building our kingdoms. If you ruin things people prefer static then we will no longer send any money.

3 ★ One of the best games except I keep having items missing wen I log back in and it doesn't give u the items u watched videos for and it to hard to get the animals needed to move forward unless u pay for it, well I'm on disability and can't afford to keep replacing all these items. But otherwise, fantastic and fun game

2 ★ Was good until, after awhile of not playing, now I get instantly froze when asked to make a one time only purchase. Once it goes away again then I plan on playing just like I was before this debacle stopped me in my tracks. Once the problem, is resolved in totality, only then can I carry on my mission to build shite and help a brother in need (for thems coin purses obviously) to build, thrive, and prosper with loot and building stuff in one day hopefully rule over evermerge and be the 1 tru king
