1 ★ I couldn't get it to download. I uninstalled plenty enough apps to make room, restarted my phone, and I still get the same notification except it says it's ready at the top with a green check, but the continue button is greyed out. I love this game. I met my husband on the PC version and the videos look amazing on this new mobile one. Please fix this.

1 ★ I tried to play this game but it took 30 minutes to download to my samsung s10. Then the game was laggy and hard to play. The game froze, kicked me out, and then wouldn't reopen. It could be a good laptop game but the game is too much for phones. Ty for attempting a response but it is a language that I do not read and therefore useless. Dont sell games in other countries unless you provide support in multiple languages. It only bothers the customer and annoys the staff.

1 ★ Never a fan of one starring any game becuase I know how much work they take but it is rather unfair to have a global release that everyone who doesn't speak a specific language can't understand. When I play MMOs I like getting into the mechanocs and really having fun with it. Can't really do that without being able to read the tutorial though. Please put out an English option I'd love to give you credit for the work you've done!

1 ★ Cant enter world, game crashes. Put in a ticket, will update if fixed. Edit per response. They thank me for my feed back and tell me the game has no problems. They continue on to tell me to check my internet, phone storage/memory, and app usage. (All of which have 0 problems) i guess my 1 star rating will stand as the game is unplayable for me. A suggestion should they want to claim my device is the issue. A settings option in the menu to adjust graphic options.

1 ★ I loved the original Tera and wish Enmasse didn't Activision their game and lose their player base. The title is in english, the publishers name is in english, and the patch version is in english. Everything else is in Korean. I'd love to give this 5 stars but on this server it needs to be translated into english people. Though I can't read it, I know what does what so I can still play. The only way to get the devs attention is to give 1 star though. Patch tha language issue please.

4 ★ I really enjoyed playing the game but recently I haven't been able to log in. The game freezes in the loading screen and doesn't let me play. I've tried countless times to log in but every attempt has failed. I'm still at least giving the game a 4 star because it was a overall great game experience, one, sadly, short lived experience.

3 ★ Seems fun . Can't read. Killed my experience. I expected this game to have english translation since its released on the play store but nope. Too bad. Seems pretty awesome. Being unable to read literally anything besides level up would be nice. Good attempt. Make english version and I'll definitely invest time and money.

1 ★ Classes are racial locked. Only four classes. Not all races from Tera are in this version. Clunky combat compared to other games(Black Desert Mobile comes to mind with 60fps). Not to mention that there is an extreme language barrier, only having one language available, and not a main language for the North American populace. Overall: it seems they rushed this out when they saw Black Desert release to try to compete, and it's just not ready.

1 ★ Like others have stated everything is in English until you get into the game, wait no even the download data is in Korean, really should be a note on the game page on the play store that states Korean only or if there will be an English language patch eventually... prob will get a response in Korean which I Cannot Read. Will give it a few days. Update: Uninstalled game, will wait and see if they decide to include english later on.. WISH incould read their response I dont speak their language .

1 ★ I would give them the chance to release an English patch, but it's not doing them any favors not having someone to communicate back. The game is huge and no one who can't read Korean is gonna want to keep this on their phone while we wait. I'll change my review once the game gets a patch or if the company communicates with it's customers in their language.

1 ★ Literally still no English language patch. I'm simply not even going to try this game even when they patch it now. I have much better options that have devs who ACTUALLY support the games they release. I could've dealt with maybe a week long delay for a language patch but this is inexcusable and the developers are bad. This is quite actually one of the worst releases for a game I've ever seen. Disregard the fact that it's a mobile game, there was literally no effort put into this release.

2 ★ Got in the game, its all in chinese, was under the impression it would be english, game seems decent but can't understand any of it.Seems like release time was 11:00AM CST (Chinese standard time) where as of writing this review it is 12:53PM. I looked up the time zone for china after noticing when I made my character in the bottom right it had a clock that said 01/14/2020 12:53:44

2 ★ My 1 star review, for this English title and description game was removed, unfortunately. I downloaded the game, patiently waited for the English language file to after a couple of days and it wasn't forthcoming. Literally could not proceed any further, had no potion but to uninstall. This is not how one releases a game to an English market. FWIW, I only installed this hoping to use equipment from Twitch Prime.

3 ★ DISCLAIMER: This game is NOT Tera M which is being developed by Netmarble (that game in question is way better than this will ever be). This game is made by Lantu Games (a subsection of Kaokao games) and is their first attempt at a game. Since that is the case it is not too bad, but the game is giving Tera M a bad rep. AGAIN, THIS IS NOT TERA M. The developers will update the game I assume and I will give them some credit.

English so don't have a clue what's going on if I am setting things up right or what does what so why play and why is it released like this with no translations We get it translated the. Most likely be highly rated but like this no reason to play If you respond in different language how am I supposed to know what you even said Will English be implemented
