3 ★ Can not purchase gems!! If I could, I would rate 5. Can't 3ver play to the fullest without buying gems for better people. Tried different phones and uninstalled/reinstalled 3 times. Can't be done. UPDATE: Customer Support Associate, Dec 2, Dear user, Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, due to technical difficulties, the in-app items for this app are no longer available for purchase. An update is needed to fix this issue, however, there is currently no set plans to when this will happen
1 ★ It makes the game unplayable in its entirety. The stupid -39-year-old ad covers the bottom tables and makes collecting coins there impossible. If that wasn't bad enough, the servers move when you don't really want them to. Uninstalling.
2 ★ Really like this game lots of fun but i guess game makers dont want money for it cuz it wont load if i click on the gems in the store! I just wanted to check the price... havent had a problem with adds though and i am connected to a very strong signal for wifi.
2 ★ It does start to lag after playing for a while, but it's still so fun. Customer support is always helpful and quick to help you out as well. Edit: Update introduced ads that block your gameplay, making it so you can't help a customer or pick up gems and tokens that drop. It's a shame, I really enjoyed playing for a little while at least.
2 ★ I am a big fan of time-management games..and the Hobbit. But this game is just too much. The ads are massive and the amount of business you get is unreal. Impossible to keep up. I can easily pass levels, but rarely do I get through a stage perfectly. The ads are massive and cumbersome. Game is overall cute, messy and just tolerable. Uninstalled.
3 ★ This game is a mix of "Diner Dash" and "My Car Salon" type games. It has MAJOR problems though: Forces closed, freezes, and is very glitchy. It is great other that these issues, which shouldn't still be happening,
4 ★ Haven't been playing long but so far, no glitches and ads only come up sometimes. My only issue is how long it takes to earn the gems. But overall, its a good time passer and has neat looking characters.
4 ★ I have had this game for a few months now. It's fun and addictive (I'm a Tolkien geek so, I love the entire Hobbit theme), but once you get to a certain level things kind of come to a standstill. I've got over 600000 coins & nothing to do with them. I don't have enough gems for anything. Frustrating.
3 ★ In this game you drag and tap customers to serve them food and drink, all with a parody Hobbit theme. It's a free game, but the ads are only occasional, although it does try to get you to spend real money to enhance game play. ETA: if you exit the game, or sometimes even when it's just in the background, it will lose all your progress. In other words, there is no save feature. Also the amount of real-world cash required to buy all the additional servers available in the game would be $50.
1 ★ When i first downloaded this game, i loved it. Played for two days straight, but during play i earned diamonds but they never came. I waited for 2 days and contacted support several times 3 ways. All i got was one email saying they received my email. I tried again, by restating and re-earning....nothing! So disappointed! I hate i have to uninstall. Good game, but the worst support ever!
2 ★ This could be a really fun cool game but it keeps freezing up on me all the time and one time when it froze up it took 20 of my green crystals for some odd strange reason. The developer should listen n pay attention to these ratings n feedback to fix the issues cuz like I said this game could be a really fun good game.
1 ★ In app purchase failed and the company denied my request for a refund saying that I should be aware of the risk when making purchases on apps like this. Uninstalling. Don't waste your money on this game.
1 ★ I understand that a game must be paid for by advertisement, but during the game is a bad call! The square at the bottom of the screen impedes the game play. The ad's cover some of the game stations. Could have been great but sadly disappointed! - Galaxy Note II
4 ★ Only one complaint. I litterally started playing 20 or so minutes ago and decided it was worth spending money on! It saddens me that the offers wont load when i try to buy gems :(
1 ★ The devs on this game are weak. There gems don't work. You cannot buy them. I did the earn free gems and didn't get any. I contacted the devs who asked me for screen shots. When I said forget it I'm deleting the game they came back and said they were giving me the gems. And it never happened. It's a good game but you should find one where the creaters care about the product
