1 ★ I can't get my account back cause the game requires you to renew your password once every 2 weeks. I stopped playing for 2-3 months and when I tried to play again I couldn't get into the game, it would say connecting then crash to my phone's home screen. I completely forgot that if you uninstall the game all of your data/progress goes poof and trying to get their support to give it back good luck cause you basically have to play 20 questions with them.

3 ★ I have found some minor issues like the game crashes occasionally. However, when i raised an issue and submitted a ticket, they promptly responded. The only thing I don't care for about this game are the drawings. The drawings cost compared to the rewards is terrible. After 6 drawings and spending money and getting nothing but characters I've already maxed out, its very dissuading to keep playing.

2 ★ Good show but the game seems like just a big cash grab. Banners barely stay around for long enough to get crystals to use on them, graphics arent that good even for mobile, if you dont have a full team of 5 star characters good luck, and even with a team of 5 stars you cant progress after a bit. It takes forever upgrade just one character. You get a pitiful amount of crystals for each mission (80 for banners that are 3600) missions run out after a while but I havent bothered to make it that far.

4 ★ Hey I love this game, I love the new updates and all but there's some bug that really irritates me. When I fight in the arena my characters would often lag or be stuck. Even though I already won the fight and about to win they will suddenly stop attacking. My losses are stacking up and it sucks. Please fix this bug soon.

5 ★ I really enjoy this game so much because I like the anime manga series of this game, there so much to know in the story mode and events which surprise me. Also I'm hoping more characters, new defend the capital, missions, and others in the game. I been playing this for month since the game release and there is few bugs and crashes in my start but everything is good so far. Developers I'm hoping you guys making new features and fix bugs and crashes for the other users and hope the game last long

4 ★ Great game requires patience if ur new to gatcha games and a big learning curve in my opinion but once u get it, its really good

1 ★ During arena and phantom trial the game force closes in 5 secs. Plz fix this. Health restores will get wasted if this persists

4 ★ I'm a big fan of Black Clover. This game is fun because of the anime but if it doesn't have the Black Clover theme, I wouldn't even bother. I really do hope that you hold events much more frequent or this game will become stale.

5 ★ At the end of the day this game is just a great side game. It offers quick & easy dailies & that is basically IT. To me it seems to settle itself as a side game since everything it offers is quite basic. Not much to go of, but borderline too little to eventually care for of the game. Also seeing a lack of global changes/direction, makes me think it is just a quick Bandai cash grab. Sadly as reputation holds this looks like a Bandai dud & not a Bandia WoW.

2 ★ I thought this game was amazing but after the anni mission rework we get 180 jewels a day when before we got 360, the fact we have to wait 20 days to earn the 3600 for a summon is silly especially when the majority of summons are finished within 14 days and after you have the jewels from the event missions you have no other way to get more without using money, the new Yuno and Asta tag look amazing but thanks to being limited to 180 jewels a day i cant afford to do step 7. So from 5* to 2*

4 ★ Hi. I just want to know, why when I'm dueling it keeps stuck and log out suddenly. I have played the game for a long time and after the new updates, it keep happens. I cant play it and hope you fix the bugs. Really appreciated. Serious.

3 ★ Ever since the previous maintenance update, i am unable to battle, the game just crashes. I can run everything perfectly on my the game except when i downloaded the previous update. As soon as i enter a battle, the game just immediately crashes. I have no clue how to fix this

3 ★ I rlly enjoy this game i just wish they add more ways to earn gems cuz i have no way to get gems i beat the story and all the villages, even in pvp Im already at senior knight. And Phantom Trail is insanely hard when u reach floor 30 if u dont have maxed out characters but i cant max out my characters cuz i cant summon and i dont have money to spend on the game. So please add more ways to earn gems.

3 ★ This game is getting the premium Bandai treatment, milking and all. Edit: At this point in time, the game has improved but still much needs to be done.

1 ★ There was a bug in the game that closes the app halfway through battle. I restarted my phone but it still happens. I then decided to uninstall and reinstall, but when I launched the app, my account was lost and the gave me a new ID. How do I get back my original account. My time has been wasted
