2 ★ I was really looking forward to this app this season. I want to give it a 5-star rating, but 2 is all I can honestly muster. I know for sure, I've already earned a DOUBLE DOWN badge, but the badge is still locked. My daughter has a streak of 5, but still hasn't been given a scratch ticket. The filter option doesn't work. Just spins and spins forever. FIX THIS APP IMMEDIATELY PLEASE!
1 ★ Played this game and it used to be enjoyable but now it sucks. Doesn't filter so it is really challenging to find the ideal matchups to pick. No point in using this app when it is so much effort just to find a good matchup.
2 ★ I like playing BTS, but the app is riddled with glitches. The custom filters don't work. The badges (Double Down, Garden Variety, etc.) don't work. The stats displayed for players aren't consistent & aren't identified (am I looking at this year's batting average? 2020? 2019?). Please fix these long-standing problems!
3 ★ Fun time, small problem, I have to go to Google Play everytime to access it. It does not create a short cut in my apps? Hopefully it's not just me doing something wrong. Otherwise it's very good
2 ★ 2021 update: Please bring back the group functionality! It's hard to keep track of your friends streaks! Not as fun when you can't see your friends streaks. Also the following friends on facebook functionality doesn't work either!
2 ★ Custom Filter doesn't work on my phone app.? It never loads? Works fine on my desktop. Not sure why they don't fix the app? Very frustrating!! Hard to pick your player when you can't use the filter.
1 ★ Where to begin? Let's start with choosing players. The biggest names are there, usually. But the entire starting lineup? Nope, forget about it. So either this is rigged to really not let someone win, or it's just broken and there's no effort on the developers part to make it work. If you want to try and filter your results to find specific stats for players to pick from such as away team and above .300, it's not gonna work either. No matter what your filter is. It's free though. Win money?
1 ★ Custom filters don't work at all on Android. Makes it pretty hard to play. Just get a spinning progress indicator no matter what search criteria.
1 ★ This app has become a hot pile of garbage. Everytime I try to load in, it just spins and spins until it says unable to load. Not even worth the effort anymore. Deleted
3 ★ App won't load properly. This use to work all the time but tried to open it up for this season and it won't even load the pick screen or my profile correctly. It just shows my stats.
1 ★ Fix the App. So many features do not load. Also test it before you release a new update. The rating is actually a ZERO star but there is no option for a Zero star rating.
1 ★ The custom filter option doesn't work. I've reached out to the company via Twitter, no response. Seems like there is no customer support and no concern for dissatisfied customers.
3 ★ Custom (e.g., top of order) in Android does not respond for any options. I've heard that Apple app custom is working. Also consider bringing back groups without the social media hooks. Maybe allow freespeech hooks (e.g., clouthub) which do not monetize my data.
3 ★ Great game, horrible functionality. Filtering with the same criteria often yields different results. No "friends" feature like in older versions.
3 ★ The search function in the app doesn't work properly it just spins and spins and spins. Otherwise. Its okay.
